優れたサービス。私は誰もが丁寧で気配りがあり、レストランとアッパーバーは素晴らしく、トレモントハウスで間違いなく再び予約する方法が大好きでした。スタッフとコミュニティに感謝します

It started out with non-operating elevators. It took two hours just to unload into the room from the car. The next morning I found out that a tree that I parked nearby had dropped sap all over our car to the point the windshield was virtually unusable. It will cost me hundred of dollars to get the sap removed from the car. The next night at about 9:30 PM the fire alarm in our room went off because the neighbors we cooking something next door and required maintenance to come up to the rooms to reset the alarms all while the alarm was blaring. Then since we were booked for 4 nights, the amount of towels provided was never enough. The check-in took way too long as we were subjected to way to much after-sales pitches just to get a parking pass. Then the room keys didn't work and we had to go all the way back to the office to get that fixed. The pool was enjoyable and not too busy while we were there.

The hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

The room was fine and the location was perfect for the fishing docks. But there was a man banging on a door at 1am because his daughter was locked in. I feel for them but the hotel attendant acted like there was no way for them to help when we called.

Clean room with lots of fresh towels, gorgeous pool, fun mini-golf, excellent location, friendly and prompt service, great breakfast that’s a little more than the expected including hot pancakes!

This is new at this location and its only half a block from ocean.They bought out the otjer good hotel and are on the middle of rebuilding every room so its in a big mess right now.Hard to get rooms here cause only a few have been rebuilt and when they are open they go fast. I was lucky to get a room but I really enjoyed my stay.Its located near ocean and all kinds of fast food restraunts and shopping areas.

Hey it's was 👍🏿 I love that the people or friends if u outside and needed a great cheap place for u and your family members some were to lay down and be safe. I'm glad 😀 😊 to be here if it wasn't for the people here looking out help I would on the street. Thank you for your help
