素晴らしいホームステイ、女将、彼女の父親、夫はとても熱心で、サービスは素晴らしく、毎日事前に朝食に何を食べるべきかを尋ね、女将は私たちのために個人的に料理をします。部屋は広としていて清潔で、場所はすべてのアトラクションまで徒歩圏内です。

ホームステイはパレルモのオールドストリートにあります。地元の人の家に住んでいるような気分です。教会の鐘が聞こえます。公共エリアと部屋はとてもきれいに装飾されていて清潔です。階下には食堂があり、遠くないところに野菜市場があります。カシモ劇団と四角広場から徒歩圏内で、ビーチまで徒歩約30分です。家主は暖かくて親切な叔母で、スタッフ全員がとても気配りがあります。とても素敵な宿泊施設。階下の食堂のオーナーと店員さんはとてもとても親切でした。当時、私たちは不注意で三輪車にバックパックを忘れていました。彼らは率先して尋ねて、私たちがそれを見つけるのを手伝ってくれました。バックパックは私たちの証明書と現金です。とても感動させてください。パレルモに来たら、必ずここを選びます。

My stay here was incredible! I really enjoyed Mondello in total, but staying here made my trip the best. I love the building and its surroundings and how close it is to the beach (literally 10 minutes and you're there!). My room was also perfect - clean, spacious, everything needed and even more. The hosts were also lovely. I am planning to go back to Mondello in the spring next year, and I'm definitely staying here!

Lovely little hotel, exceptional location. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the convenience of having a multitude of restaurants and bars available at my door step. Despite the area being lively, little noise would be heard in the room. Breakfast was delicious, great shower, comfy bed and super friendly host. This was an extremely pleasant stay!

チェックイン時に部屋の外に専用バスルームがあることに気づいたので、あまり感動しませんでした(説明を見落としたかもしれません)。トイレとシャワー設備を使用するために公共のスペースを歩くのは非常に不便であるため、これは少しイライラしました。前夜、同じ価格でこの場所よりもはるかに多くのものを届ける近くの宿泊施設に泊まったことがありますが、レジデンザワグナーはお勧めしません。

The place is nicely located, close to everything including the train/bus station (6/7 min). The owners are really kind and made a beautiful spot in the hearth of the city just on top of the thiusand year-old market. At first it could look a bit disconcerting when arriving near the hotel, but once you reach the place, you won’t regret it. And the view is also amazing! Really good restaurant just in front of the place (I would recommend this one over another one in the left-alley, although it was really well presented, this one is half the price for 10 times the taste!)

THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY. First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram. Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space. Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily. Nice place absolutely recommend!!

絶好のロケーション。清潔で、近くに食べ物やバス停があります。部屋で何トンもの時間を過ごす予定がない場合は十分です。ただし、ぐっすり休む場所が必要な場合は、これが最善の賭けではないかもしれません。壁は非常に薄く、壁を通して他のテナントや、午前1時過ぎに電話をかけていた人さえ聞こえました。窓の外の交通も非常にはっきりと聞こえます。あなたが軽い寝台でないなら、これは良い滞在です。

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

The place is in a building close to the station so it was super convenient and accessible, although it is a bit away from tourist attractions, but it was perfectly fine. I had a large room with high ceiling all to myself, which was great. The host was extremely helpful and engaging with information on local cafes and eateries. Enjoyed my stay at this place!
