Expect loving wear, quaint aging, and a charming patina inside and outside. The two main entrances have several steps to access them, as the home is built on a hill. All the bedrooms have french doors that open out onto rear porches and the river.All three bathrooms have large walk in tile showers with bench seats. The bathrooms have plenty of storage space and are stocked with plush bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The master bath also features a generous soaking tub. There are double vanities in each bathroom so everyone has plenty of room. A commercial sized tank-less water heater ensures that you will never run out of hot water.Outside, the rear porches both upstairs and down, run the width of the house at 60'. there are plenty of seating options, and it is a very relaxing spot for morning coffee. Behind the carport is a gorgeous new 16X27 deck with a patio table and chairs, charcoal grill. There is a private pier/boat dock at the river, and it is a great spot to get in a little fishing.We have a no pet policy, however family pets have visited the property, so we cannot guarantee it is allergen free. The cleaning crew will sweep, mop and vacuum between each guest.
