Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. There is tremendous views from every window as you walk through the cabin. You will find a central bathroom with an extra large shower, big vanity and a full sized washer and dryer. The risk of wildfire in the area is too high. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any fire activity. The gas fire pit will be removed if there is a fire ban. The roads require 4WD for November through April (however it can snow in October and in May!). The roads are plowed after 6 inches of snow. You do not need a 4WD or AWD in the summer but be aware that the dirt roads in the neighborhood are bumpy!There is no air conditioning unit here. It is very rare in our county to have one installed in a house (even brand-new builds!). The nights are cool in the summer so to cool the house off you can open all the windows at night, then close them during the day and you stay cool!
