We are ready to prepare romantic packages, birthday packages, etc. after confirmation. The beautiful sunroom with Boho decoration or our deck with a great view is an amazing place for celebrating and photo shooting.
Living room: This cabin has two living area, one upstair and one downstair, they both are fully furnished with cozy and comfortable couches. The main floor living room has a wood fireplace (PLEASE don't bring wood from yard, it brings ant, spider and bug to the house, all groceries have firewood).
Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in the cabin. They have extremely comfortable beds with brand new mattresses, high-quality bedding, and plenty of pillows, and we provide fresh linens for your comfort.
The master bedroom is upstairs and overlooks the main space. It has a king bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a wall-mounted TV. Another bedroom in upstair has a queen bed. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms: - 1 queen bed with separate bathroom - Two twin beds (shared bathroom with kids room) - One bunk-bed (full and twin) and one twin bed. - One sofa bed in upstairs living room for 2 -One sofa bed in downstairs living room for 1
Kiddos: For those traveling with little ones, we have a hidden special space for them for discovery! It is full of toys and books, they can play for hours in that area. It is located in the room with the bunk bed.
Kitchen: You will be thrilled to prepare some meals in the fully loaded kitchen. There is a stainless-steel fridge, 5 burner electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and a slow cooker There is a standard drip coffee maker, as well as a french press. We provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and a welcome basket for you!
Laundry Room: The washer and dryer are onsite. There is an iron and ironing board in the master bedroom's closet.
Office: We have a furnished office for those who are working remotely . It has a desk and a Wifi (we have provided the fast wi-fi in the area(75 MB/s) but, keep in mind that this is a mountain cabin and you may notice slow internet connection some times due to weather and other conditions. The monitor has only an HDMI port.
Deck: The huge deck, with comfortable outdoor seating, swing, a gas fire dining table, and a grill making this the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. You can enjoy sunset while grilling, dining, and relaxing on the deck after your adventures.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. We provide keyless access, and you will receive the code one day prior to your stay.
The attached garage is reserved for homeowner use only. Guests are kindly asked to use the driveway or the detached garage for parking. Pets: Pets aren't allowed in this house with the exeption of service dogs (with permision and documents!) There will be a penalty of $300 if you bring your dog plus any additional cost for cleaning and damage.
Elevation: The cabine elevation is around 9,100 ft. make sure to check with your physicain if you have altitude sickness . Drink extra water and stay hydrated.
Drinking Water: The well water is fantastic to drink, and it is safe (we have a water softener too)! You will feel brand new!
Phone: There is limited cell service at the property. You must turn Wifi Calling ON in your phone settings while you have at least 2 bars of service or more. By doing so, you will have normal phone usage while at the cabin via Wifi.
Parking: There is covered parking and a parking on the dirt driveway.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted only outside. Please note that Colorado is a wildfire state, so please only dispose of cigarettes in the trash. Smells of marijuana or tobacco will cost you a $250 fee to deep clean the cabine to remove the smell.
WILDLIFE: The cabin is close to the national forest, so it is likely you will see wildlife like elk, rabbits, fox, bears, bald eagles, and mountain lions Please follow wildlife safety rules and the hiking guidelines in this area and do NOT allow kids to be outside alone. The homeowners and management are not liable for any injuries during exploring the outdoors.
CAMERA: We have three outdoor security cameras in place for safety and security purposes. These cameras are positioned to ensure they do not infringe on the privacy of our guests in any way.
TRASH: Please put all trash in garbage bags, tie them up tightly, and place them in the trash bin. If there’s more trash than the bin can hold, we kindly ask that guests take the extra with them. Thanks so much!

Mountain View is ideally located between Pikes Peak and National forests with access to ATV trails, hiking, historic Cripple Creek gold mining town and casinos, Florissant fossil beds, trout fishing, 100 picturesque picnic spots and deer grazing in your back yard.
You will be a convenient two minutes from a grocery store and two great restaurants. The Pikes Peak Toll Road is a 25 minute drive, Garden of the Gods, Manitou and Olympic training center 10 minutes further. For day trips we highly recommend river rafting, hot springs pools, guided fly fishing trips, off road adventures, and in the winter snow skiing and snowmobiling.

Ideal property for travelers looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, visit the Ice Castles, hike any of the serval nearby trails, or visit the casinos. This cabin is super remote while in a location that’s central to many of the popular attractions. Descend up the private drive, at the top you're tucked away in the secluded backyard, which houses the covered hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day full of activities, a back patio, and the parking area. Unload, and take a breath of fresh, crisp, mountain air before using your personal code to access the home. Upon entering the house you’ll step into the mud room, where you can find the washer and dryer immediately through, you enter into the kitchen which is generously stocked with everything you need to cook full meals! The kitchen flows openly to the bright and welcoming dining room where you can find a table with seating for 4, additional bar seating located at in the island, from the dining room you’ll enter the living room, which offers comfortable and spacious seating for the entire group to gather. Off of the living room, you can find the first of the three themed rooms, our casino suit furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and TV. At the end of the hall, our bear den suit sits, also furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, and TV. Accompanied by a master bath, housing a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, and double vanity. Down the hall to the left, you’ll find the third and final of the themed rooms, our mining themed room, furnished with 2 twin size beds, and a small closet. Directly across the hall, you’ll find the second bath, offering a shower/tub combo. Nestled on 1.3 acres of a hillside you'll feel as though you're relaxing amongst the treetops while also having a walk-out adventure into a forest. We have recently updated the cabin with all-new furniture, linens, beds, art, paint, and a brand-new walk-in shower. Two queen beds and a twin bed with a pull-out trundle offer ample space for sleeping. Our cozy beds will help you dream of coming back again! A designated desk/workspace is located in the primary bedroom if you desire a place to work remotely. We have high-speed internet that will allow you to work and stream if you need to be in a Zoom meeting. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, and dishes so that you can cook a simple, hearty or intricate meal, or you can head out to dinner at one of the recommended local restaurants. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and after enjoying a meal you can kick back on the leather couch and watch your favorite show on the 55 on a smart TV. On colder nights we have a wood-burning stove that really makes it toasty in the house! Play board games with your family and friend or we have everything you need to practice your yoga!
✦The Outdoors: We have a porch swing that pairs nicely with a hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning, and your beverage of choice in the evening where you can enjoy a stunning sunset that is different every night and almost never disappoints. The large deck has ample seating between the table with the umbrella, the turquoise picnic table, the rocking chair, or the bench seat. String lights illuminate with a warm ambiance on cool evenings, and present a glow by which you can practice your grill master skills on the gas grill. The fire pit can be used ONLY when there's not a burn ban in effect, please adhere to local laws as Colorado is a wildfire state. Behind the house, you can adventure out onto the 1.3 acres, play a game of horseshoes or relax on the spider web tree swing. Once the sun goes down, turn off the string lights and enjoy the immensely dark skies where you can wander through the stars of the Milky Way.
🐻🦊🦌Local Wilderness: Colorado is known for its amazing wilderness and you'll likely get to see some during your stay. Please note, there's an abundance of mule deer, they are wild, please do not feed them or leave any food out for any wildlife as it will attract bears. There are also chipmunks, squirrels, hummingbirds, rabbits, elk, mountain lions, and a special pack of donkeys that live on the other side 42. One, in particular, we've affectionately nicknamed "Hank" who greets each day with a hee-haw!
✦Weather and Vehicles: In the winter, it's highly advisable to have a Wheel Drive or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle to access our cabin. The roads in and out of the neighborhood are regularly plowed but do have fairly steep grades. The driveway to the cabin will also be plowed about once per snowfall yet there's no way to determine the exact timing of such an event. Please be advised to make smart travel decisions and note that the cancellation policy remains in place and will NOT be changed subject to the weather.
✦Pets: We would be delighted to host you and your qualified pet. Behind the garage is a 16x30 ft dog-run enclosure so you can let your pup outside and off the leash. Please inquire prior to booking so we can make sure your pet qualifies and you can review our pet policy. We ask that you limit it to two dogs. Let us know how old, how many pounds, spayed or neutered, and the breed. We also ask that you keep your buddies off the furniture, and off the beds. Please pick up after them. There is an additional pet fee for qualified pets to help us cover the costs for the cleaners to keep the space fresh and clean for our next guests. We look forward to having you! Come visit The Catamount Lodge in the idyllic mountain town of Green Mountain Falls, Colorado! Green Mountain Falls is the perfect location for your next family getaway, located at the base of America's Mountain, Pike's Peak. Hiking, biking, sight-seeing, ATV trails, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Dinosaur Resource Center, restaurants, shopping, Pike's Peak Highway, The North Pole/Santa's Workshop, are all within a 15 minute drive. From the property, you will be a short walk to waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails. Green Mountain Falls town center is 1 mile away with restaurants, a small lake with a trail around it with fishing allowed, and a beautiful park with playground equipment. Community pool is open in the summer.
Green Mountain Falls is a beautiful place to visit at any time of year, with the golden aspens in the fall, ice over the lake in the winter, green trees and wild flowers in the spring and summer, and hiking year round! Green Mountain Falls is also the home of the annual The Green Box event in early July. This is also the perfect location if you are attending the world famous Pike's Peak International Hill Climb at the end of June. With Woodland Park just 5 miles away, it is a convenient yet quaint and quiet location!
The Catamount Lodge is a 2,850 sq ft property, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with central heat and air. The house has high vaulted ceilings, which makes for open and inviting spaces to enjoy time with friends and family. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a tub and a shower and is on the main floor, with the kitchen, dining room and living area. The upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared bathroom which has a tub and shower. In the lower level are two bedrooms with bunkbeds, full size in one room and twin in the other. There is also a small room with a TV, books and games, perfect for kids! The lower level also has a bathroom with stand-up shower. The kitchen is well appointed, with a toaster, coffer maker, crock pot, utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher, ice maker, double oven, and microwave. Kitchen also has a cozy breakfast nook with a lovely view. Also on the main floor is a half bathroom and large dining room with a table large enough for 10-12 people. The main living area has lots of comfortable seating, and a 65'" TV with plenty of streaming and a state of the art surround sound system.
Outside is a large deck with a seating area and a table. The views from the deck are breathtaking and you can hear the creek flowing from there. There is also a small bistro-style seating area in the back of the house where you can watch the deer meander by while you sip your morning coffee. Even the occasional bear sighting! There are two single-car garages that guests may use, as well as spots for three cars on the driveway. You are only a short distance from the trailhead of the best hikes in the area. This home is located on one of the most scenic streets in town!
Green Mountain Falls is about 90 miles from the closest ski resort, Breckenridge. The drive to Breckenridge is gorgeous, so consider making this your base for winter sports, avoiding higher prices in the resort towns.
We do allow up to 2 dogs, but ask that they not be allowed on furniture and that there be no trace left in the yard. No smoking in the house, please. This is a quiet neighborhood. We do not allow large parties and ask that a quiet time of 9:00 PM be observed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the house. 10% military discount offered, please inquire.

Every group has a place they keep coming back to. The Den House is that place.
Named for the feeling you get the moment you walk through the door that deep, settling exhale of a space that is comfortable, warm, and completely removed from the noise of ordinary life.
The Den House is a rustic mountain cabin tucked away in the quiet landscape of Florissant, Colorado. It isn’t trying to be grand. It’s trying to be exactly what it is: a den. A retreat. A place where the wood fireplace crackles, the hammock sways in the mountain air, and nobody checks their phone because nobody needs to.
Picture the first evening: you’ve unpacked, the fire is lit, and the only decision left is whether to relax inside or step outside to watch the stars come out over the Colorado wilderness. That’s the Den House.
Views of the pines from every window, with a quiet spot to sip coffee and bird watch.
The Space
Two comfortable bedrooms with memory foam mattresses sleep up to 4. The renovated bathroom has a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked : Ninja coffee maker, full cookware, 4-person dining table, for everything from a slow mountain breakfast to a proper dinner after a day on the trails.
The living room is where the Den earns its name. A plush velvet sectional, a 55-inch Fire TV, and ready, and a wood-burning fireplace that makes the whole cabin feel like a warm exhale.
Step outside and find a wraparound deck, a freestanding hammock, and a fire pit with a complimentary s’mores kit. The mountains are right there.

Secluded and Cozy Log Cabin /w Hot Tub + Fire Pit

Welcome to our cozy cabin in the woods! Nestled on a 2 acre property amongst tall trees and surrounded by nature, this rustic yet comfortable cabin offers a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The cabin features a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for snuggling up on chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and there is a dining area where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful forest views.
The cabin has Starlink Wifi, so you can enjoy high speed internet and stream your favorite movies or get some work done on your laptop while enjoying the sounds of nature.
There are four bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms feature a shower, and we provide all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.
Outside, there is a large deck where you can relax and soak up the sun, as well as a BBQ grill for cooking up some delicious meals. You'll also have access to a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with friends and family.
There is also a private hot tub in the back yard thats perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.
We're located just a short drive from several hiking trails and outdoor activities, so you can easily explore the natural beauty of the area. And if you're looking for a little more excitement, the nearby town offers plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
