家族全員でホリデイインに滞在して完璧な休暇を過ごすことができてとてもうれしいです。チェックインの初日に、執事のアンナから挨拶の電話があり、チェックインのさまざまな事項を辛抱強く丁寧に説明しました。滞在中、私はいつも暖かさを求めていました。これは、5つ星管理ホテルグループの品質を完全に反映しています。チェックイン後、ホテルの場所は非常にユニークであることがわかりました。雲峰ケーブルカーポイントまで200メートル歩いて、ケーブルカーで海抜2800メートルの頂上まで上がり、四国の壮大な山の景色を一望できます。楽しい経験。 😊

Getting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is. An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings. Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known. Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake. A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

The host was friendly and fetched us from the bus stop, and even provided a free room upgrade allowing us to have a direct view to the snow-capped mountains. Very appreciated on the nice gesture. However, we encountered the sewage flowing out from the underground pipes when we were about to take shower. The host was quickly attending to the issue and whole process of cleaning took 2 hours till 12am. Despite the effort, the smell was still in the air and the sewage still flowed out from time to time. Unfortunately, there was no room available for an exchange and we had to bear it whole night. The experience was discounted. In addition, there was sweating smell from the pillow that I had to use once-off cotton towel provided by the hostel to cover the surface. Other than that, the view was nice and the food was decent.

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. We had an incredible stay at Zarat Kanas Homestay. The host was incredibly personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that we had an enjoyable stay. The location of the cabin is perfect in the New Village, right in front of the #5 bus stop. The cabin was roomy and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The radiant floor heating kept us warm when it was below freezing outside. We stayed here 2 nights with my family and couldn't ask for anything more. If you are considering a home stay in Kanas, I highly recommend staying with Zarat!

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，設備齊全，環境好，前台工作人員服務有個小姐姐服務不好，我們到了遊客中心説來接我們，也沒説什麼車，我們等了半個多小時也沒車來，打了幾個電話她説車來了好幾趟沒接到我們，也沒給我們打電話，我們也不知道來的是什麼車，問了幾次才説是酒店的觀光車，要我們去找，最後是找到了，要我們理解她，真沒道理可講，早餐票也沒有給我們，等到晚上別的工作人員才給我們，説上午忘記了，這個小姐姐還跟我們説接送衹一次，進出要自己去坐公交車，但其他工作人員聽到後靜靜告訴我們，如果等不到公交車就打電話告訴他們，會派車接送，第二天還是這個小姐姐，我們跟她要一瓶水，她説不提供水，房間裏有，真沒有人情味，我們來新疆一個月了，就是這個小姐姐給我最不好的體驗，我住酒店一般都是給好評的，這一次給這個小姐姐差評，其他的都好。我們長者出來旅遊，要的就是服務態度好，聽了暖心，一般的人對我們會很好，我們也會説謝謝和感恩
