The check-in associate was the friendliest person I have encountered in a really long time. The Hotel was clean inside and out. There was many restaurants in close proximity.

Tru Hotel is a great place to stay! The elevators were clean, the room and bed was comfortable. The only problem was there wasn’t much of a variety at breakfast time. If you guys put omelets on the menu, then it would be great!

I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the staff was friendly, there were quite a few issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, the breakfast area was under renovation, and unfortunately, the appliances were not working, which meant that the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were cold. The area was also quite hot and crowded. In the room, I encountered several maintenance issues: the door opener was broken, the internet was slow, the bathroom vent was not working, and the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor. I did inform the reception, but the response was not prompt. Overall, while the location was convenient, the condition of the facilities definitely needs some attention.

It’s a pet friendly hotel. Our dog enjoyed his staying with us there. The rooms are clean. However, Breakfast is just okay. Overall, we had a nice time there.

Front Desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to my room-change request. The breakfast setup was kept clean and organized. I loved the cookies offered at the front desk.

The service was awesome. The facility was great and they also had great breakfast food. I gave you a five out of 10, but I definitely enjoyed myself in Wilmington North Carolina.
