「Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel, acceuil chaleureux, la chambre est simple mais propre avec une bonne literie, bouilloire à disposition Le buffet du petit déjeuné est bon et très varié Un seul bémol, je n’ai malheureusement pas pu avoir du pain sans gluten comme demandé Attention hôtel de type Motel sans ascenseur」

「A really comfortable stay in a compact but well appointed and clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and location was great being only a short walk into town and to the lovely beach.」

「部屋はとても小さく、窓は別の壁に面していて、外にはエアコンがあります。朝食は選択されていませんが、実際には朝食が含まれています。場所はとても良いです、***とビーチのすぐそばに、バスはそれに直接行くことができます。行った日は雨が降っていたので、二度とライブに行かないと思います」

「Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.」
