Outlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good. Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking. Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop. Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel. Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

ホテルの客室は清潔で設備も充実しており、ランドリーや食事のデリバリーサービスも利用できるので、数日間の家族旅行に最適です。汚れた衣類も洗濯してくれました。フロントデスクからハウスキーピングスタッフまで、スタッフは皆親切で丁寧でした。慣れない気候のせいで子供が下痢をしてシーツを汚してしまった時も、ハウスキーピングスタッフは何度も丁寧に交換してくれました。朝食、アフタヌーンティー、そして深夜のおやつまですべて料金に含まれています。とてもお得なホテルです。

春節探親居住，既往住4樓較多，這次是較新裝修的二樓，預訂時備註無煙、安靜，住下來屋內煙味明顯且臨街，我的理解可能雙床就是臨街這邊，前台解釋都是無煙房但不保證前面的旅客有吸煙行為，對於春節期間入住性價比是可以的，和酒店的定位也相符，微小瑕疵而已，旅客要是有要求也要和前台確定更好。

とても良いモダンなホテルです！滞在できて嬉しかったです。ロビーホールはとても美しく、部屋も素晴らしかったです！ホテルにはジム、ランドリー、バスアメニティ、扇風機、飲料水、お茶など、充実したサービスが揃っています。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひこのホテルをおすすめします！

部屋は清潔で整頓されており、立地も良く移動に便利です。客室は快適で日当たりも良く、清掃も行き届いていて設備も新しかったです。

We booked their smart space capsule rooms which is located in a small park outside the hotel. The hotel was concerned that we wouldn't like it and took the initiative to show us various rooms and offered to change us if we didn't like it. Such great service! The rooms were really nice and we had fun playing with the smart home system. As it was an outdoor room, big luggages will be inconvenient, drainage in the showers is slow. If privacy is a concern, make sure curtains are drawn. There's a self service laundry room but there's only one washing machine+dryer located in the main hotel

ホテルのマネージャーである胡さんはとても親切で、素晴らしく有用な情報を提供します。彼のサービスレベルは5つ星です!!内モンゴルとその地域は初めてなので、雇われたドライバーはあまり知識がないので、この地域でのサポートが必要です。残念ながら、フロントデスクのチームの残りの部分は役に立たず、何かを尋ねると焦りそうになりました。彼らのサービスレベルは平均を下回っており、おそらく管理は彼らにサービスレベルを改善するための動機を与える必要があります。

The room comfortable new and modern. Hotel set back from the road so very quiet. Ample parking spots (one slow charging point) Very happy with our stay. Especially the warm welcome and the sweet housekeeper. Few weak spots but easy to rectify: The deposit felt unnecessary and a waste of time. Front desk staff needs further training to deal with foreign visa holders Waking up to photos of foreign actresses staring at us first thing in the morning felt a bit strange. Something more neutral can only add to an already classy environment. Hope this helps.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was also helpful. The listing on Trip.com states that the hotel provides laundry service. They do not provide laundry service, but there is a washer and dryer located on the third floor for guests to use.

人在貴酒店數日，感受到貴酒店員工的熱情親切周到的服務，尤其是15樓做清掃服務的李大姐，工作態度認真，工作服務貼心到位，真的是讓我感覺到如家般的温暖和舒適。貴酒店的二樓餐廳環境也很好，菜品也很有特色，團隊用餐很合適。下次還會光臨貴酒店。
