I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. I truly enjoyed my time here. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

これは全体的に快適な滞在でした。物理的な施設は、特に廊下の壁やカーペットなど、追加のメンテナンスを使用できるようです。ジムは別の建物にあり、あまり便利ではありません。しかし、フロントデスクのスタッフと管理は非常に丁寧で親切で、ホテルの他のスタッフ、特にレストランとハウスキーピングスタッフもそうです。ホテルの場所は便利ですが、道路を横断するより多くの交差点が役立ちます。朝食は美味しく、地元の特産品も含まれています。

再び陽春金鵬フォーシーズンズホテルに滞在すると、ホテルのスタッフはとても熱心で、クロスカントリーレースに参加した私たちにはがきとエネルギーギフトパッケージもプレゼントしました。フロントデスクのXiaoGuo13は温かく思いやりのあるサービスを提供しました。チェックインとチェックアウトは非常に速く、態度はとても良いです。経験は素晴らしいです、今後も滞在することを選択します

This hotel was an excellent experience! The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The environment is quiet and safe, offering great value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This villa was really nice! It was huge! Enough for lots of people and is only a few hundred meters from the beach which is amazing! The hot tub isn’t there anymore, and the pool is cold. But I’m sure in the middle of summer that’s great. It seems like it’s quite new, but hasn’t been maintained/ looked after very well. But overall, it’s worth it for the money!

Right along the ocean with ocean views. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast had a good variety. The facility is a bit dated. Hallway curtains were yellow and cigarette smells can be smelt faintly throughout the hotel. Our booking included an afternoon tea set, which was nice; however, you have to claim the coupon every day on your own initiative. They won't just hand you the coupon for every night of stay upfront. I think they're trying to cut costs. Same goes for the tickets to the nearby Scenic Area that requires tickets to enter. This is a great local to view the sunrise; there's even a rooftop platform for viewing.

ホテル全体的にはまあまあで、部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。場所も比較的便利で、平日であれば料金も高くありません。ホテルには設備や備品が充実しており、朝食も充実しており、フロントデスクでは近くの景勝地へのチケットも提供しています。途中、部屋のお湯が壊れたり、バスルームに異臭がしたりして、別の部屋に変更する必要があった。ただ、新しい部屋には香りがないようで、最初の部屋は掃除の際に臭いをごまかすために付けたのか分かりませんが、夜になると臭いが消えます。夜の11時に部屋を変更し、家族が痛みマスクを移動しました。作業のスピードと態度は満足でした。スタッフは、状況をもっと早く報告するべきだったと言い、変更の余地はほとんどありませんでした。問題は、アロマテラピーの香りが消えるまで臭いに気付かず、ずっと前にそれを感知できなかったことです。なので、まだ改善の余地はありますし、その夜は部屋を変えてもらった以外は、再訪問も謝罪もありませんでした。結局のところ、とても臭くて途中で泊まることができませんでした。生まれて初めての夜でしたが、ホテル側は大したことはないと思っていました、もう慣れましたか？ まとめ: 平日料金ならまだ大丈夫、近くで魚介類を食べるときはぼったくりに注意してください。

高層海景，提供了2張樓下的露天水上樂園遊玩券，工作人員給免費升級了高層海景雙床房，酒店設施也比較新，樓下泳池的關門時間為18：30分。景好心情美，但是美美的心情被幾個住宿問題困擾，建議酒店整改幾個問題： 1.房間北邊走廊光線會通過廁所玻璃（通風扇對着北邊走廊）投進房間。早上的陽光無遮擋，對光線敏感的早上會被亮醒，衹有一層磨砂紙無法遮擋，建議增加遮光布簾。 2.作為2026年新裝修的酒店，電視機卻是舊款，沒有提供投影功能，與價位、美麗的海景和嶄新的前台格格不入。 3.向前台反應了花灑架不上花灑架的問題，客服響應很快，但我因為臨時衹住一晚上的原因所以沒有急着解決。希望衹是個別房間才有的個例。 望貴店着眼細節，立行立改，以更高標準提升硬件品質，確保酒店服務品質全面提升。

Reception at arrival (midnight) was occupied by an arrogant employee, not helping at all. The other days, the receptionists were pretty good. Hotel was occupied from about 5% (estimation), breakfast was 1 possibility from 2 choices (rice congee or noodle soup). Surroundings is poor, many shops and restaurants closed, sea and beach full of garbage. Pools closed except very good pool on the roof of building 2. What to say more? The place looks like abandoned, not maintained, sad feeling.
