FFarel SilalahiLocation was excellent. Room was big enough and the bathroom was ok. Requesting daily cleaning of the room but during the 4 night only being done twice. Holding fee of USD 100 for each room until now not being credited back to my credit card (already 3 business day)

ゲゲストThe hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers.

ゲゲストWe stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

HHendersonJenniferEntire hotel just underwent an entire renovation. Updated, clean, spacious, reasonably priced, free breakfast and just a short 5 min drive or 20 min walk to The Battery/Truist Park. Only complaint would be the bathtub. Apparently they did not replace the tub with the renovation and it had big pieces knocked off in various places which made it look old and dirty. Would def stay here again if wanting a reasonably priced room for a Braves game

ゲゲスト部屋はきれいで、新しいロビーに比べて少し平均的/時代遅れでした。ベッドはしっかりしていますが快適です。部屋の中の電子レンジと冷蔵庫。交通量に応じて街まで車で約20分ですが、とにかく車を借りたので、部屋の価格でそれだけの価値がありました。駐車場も無料で利用できました。プールを使用しず、レストランを渡すことにしましたので、それらについて話すことはできません。しかし、スタッフは素晴らしかった、特にトニア!とても甘くてフレンドリー。モンタナもとても歓迎してくれました。

LLauraThis hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

匿匿名ユーザーWent to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

VValerie FranksI have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.
