ディカーブのフィットネスルーム・ジム付きホテル

パートナーと3泊しました。スタッフは親切で、当初予約していた部屋がプールとDJの隣だったので音楽がとてもうるさかったのですが、リクエスト通り別の部屋に変更してくれました。キングサイズのベッドの部屋に案内され、2人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。バスルームも清潔で広かったです。ホテルには無料のジムもありました。階下にはスナックバーがあり、いつでも手軽に食べ物や飲み物を買うことができました。唯一の欠点は、アトランタは湿度が高いので、部屋も少し湿気が多かったことです。涼しく、あまり濡れないようにサーモスタットを調整する必要がありました。

We enjoyed a two-night stay. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we are visiting this area.

エレガントなジャングルの環境は良いですが、残念ながら高速道路の隣にあり、少し騒しいです。ウェイターは立派な態度ですが、効率が遅すぎます。多分私たちはあまりにも要求が高すぎます。

Great staff and rooms. Was allowed to check in early without any additional charges. You do have to put down an additional deposit which I didn't see at check in online. But other than that this hotel has everything I needed including a microwave, stove top and a full size refrigerator in the room. I'd recommend anyone going to or towards Sandy springs to stop and checking on your travels.

Our air conditioner didn't work. When I reported it, they came to the room quickly. She couldn't fix it, stated she would look for a new room but never followed up by 10:00, we decided just to stay. At checkout, when I asked for a reduction in price for room, I was told it would have to be handled by the third party I booked through. Now I'm trying to figure out how to contact trip.com.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!　The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Perfect place for a family trip!
