An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

今回の滞在は忘れられない経験となりました。ホテル全体が非常に優雅な雰囲気で、まるで自然に優しく包まれているようでした。窓を開ければ山々が広がり、開放的な景色と新鮮な空気に満たされています。朝夕の光が庭園と山の間に差し込む様子は、自然と時の流れを遅く感じさせ、休暇の本当の意味を教えてくれます。 「四季ルーム」にアップグレードしていただき、その空間設計の見事さに感銘を受けました。東洋の美学を取り入れつつも、実際の使い心地の良さも兼ね備えています。部屋は大きく分けて前、中、後の3つのゾーンに分かれています。前のテラス付きの中庭では、山を眺めながら入浴でき、プライベート感がありとてもリラックスできます。中央はベッドエリアで、静かで快適な休息と睡眠に最適です。窓際の奥のスペースは、お茶を飲んだりくつろいだりできる小さな空間になっていて、景色を眺めたり、ぼーっとしたりするのに最適です。全体的に動線が自然でスムーズで、それぞれのエリアが異なる雰囲気を持っています。 部屋の細部にもこだわりが感じられました。寝具やバスタオルは非常に柔らかく肌触りが良く、厳選された質の高いものであることが一目で分かります。心からリラックスしてぐっすり眠ることができました。全体的な装飾はシンプルですが、随所にデザインと準備の心遣いが感じられました。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、自然で温かいサービスを提供してくれました。過度に干渉することなく、必要な時にはいつもタイムリーに助けてくれました。 もしあえて小さな欠点を挙げるなら、客室へ続く木製の回廊が長く、雨の日は木製の床が少し滑りやすくなることです。スタッフがお客様の荷物を運んでいるのを見ると、彼らが滑って転ばないか少し心配になりました。もし将来、雨天時に滑り止め対策が追加されれば、より安心して利用できるでしょう。 全体的に、心身をリラックスさせ、自然と触れ合うのに最適なホテルです。空間デザインからサービスの詳細まで、すべてが印象的でした。静かで東洋的な美しさのある場所で休暇を過ごしたいなら、ここは素晴らしい選択肢となるでしょう。

A must stay if you are in the area. Incredibly peaceful scenery with every modern amenity. It is possible, simultaneously, to feel completely secluded in nature, and in bliss at a five star resort. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The private hot spring bath and pool with the view are priceless. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful retreat from the business of most cities.

ホテルの雰囲気は素晴らしく、ロビーは壮麗でした。客室は設備が整っており、中庭に面したバスタブも備わっています。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、二人のインストラクターが八段錦（伝統的な中国式体操）を独学で教えてくれました。とても丁寧な指導でした。中華レストランのベジタリアン料理は美味しく、ウェイターの方々はいつでも私のために気を配ってくれ、白鳥にキャベツの餌をあげるのを手伝ってくれました。旅行写真の撮影も素晴らしく、メイクやスタイリングから撮影まで、手抜きなく丁寧に仕上げていただき、素晴らしい写真になりました。

We really enjoyed staying at Qingcheng Mountain Villa. The best part for us were the staff who were exceptional. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable. The bathrooms were fine but they did have a little smell about them. Plumbing I think might be more challenging in the mountains. There is no swimming pool and the hot pools weren't in use while we were there. Unfortunately there is a large hotel being rennovated and extended next door which was a bit noisy during the day. Aside from those small issues we had a very positive experience at this pretty hotel. We took the bus up from Qingchengshan station which was easy to do. The location is very convenient for walking the mountain trails and is a gentle stroll into Tai'an Ancient Village. Tai'an Ancient Village is really gorgeous. We loved the temple and all the old streets and buildings. We found some restaurants serving more varied food than just Sichuan Hotpot. The walks are lovely but as we were there in August everywhere was very crowded. The trails were jammed with thousands of tourists, leave early in the morning to avoid the worst of the crowds.

1泊557という標準には達していないように感じます。 良い点: 1️⃣ 高速鉄道の駅に非常に近く、とても便利です。 2️⃣窓の外の景色が良いです。 3️⃣バスルームはとてもきれいです。 4️⃣メイドさんのサービス態度が良い。 悪かった点: 1️⃣大きなゴキブリを見つけました。最初の2回は殴り殺せませんでした。ゴキブリはベッドに這い上がってきて、ボロボロにされました。そして、私は一晩中寝ていました。 2️⃣遮音性は非常に悪く、夕方10時半にホテル内で子供たちの叫び声がはっきりと聞こえます。 3️⃣部屋の家具は新しい家具のような匂いがまだ残っているようです。最初の夜は少し匂いがきつかったです。 4️⃣私が注文した定食には、アフタヌーンティー+アイスパウダーが含まれていることは明らかです。食事が提供されると、ウェイターはこう言いました。「本来はアフタヌーンティーかアイスパウダーしか選べず、両方は選べませんでした。注文を明確にしていなかったので、今度はあなたにあげます。」両方を選択できることを再度確認しましたが、答えは依然として「どちらか 1 つだけを選択でき、両方を選択することはできません」でした。しかし、あなたのホテルにはそのことがはっきりと書かれているのに、なぜ私が利用しているように見えるのでしょうか?詳細ページに「または」「3つから1つお選びください」と明記するのは難しくありませんか？

部屋はよく装飾されており、設備も整っています。部屋の遮音性はあまり良くなく、お風呂場の窓もしっかり閉まっておらず、夏は虫の音がうるさく、夜はうるさいです。その他朝食や温泉もとても良かったです。 ホテルが手配した送迎サービスはとても良く、3キロ以内であれば送迎も行ってくれます。基本的に待つ必要はなく、いつでも出発できます。フロントの女性の接客態度も良く、いつでも気軽に相談できます。 1階は少し湿気があったため、2階の部屋に移動しました。全体的には良かったです。

2025年12月に家族で一泊しましたが、万山旅館（青城前山支店）は、特に前山エリアを訪れる家族連れにとって、しっかりとした快適な選択肢だと感じました。ファミリールームは清潔で広々としており、大きなスパバスはハイキング後の疲れを癒すのに大変ありがたかったです。 立地は青城山へのアクセスが非常に良く、ホテル全体が夜は驚くほど静かで、他の宿泊客や外からの騒音もほとんど気にならず、ぐっすり眠ることができました。スタッフは親切で、滞在中ずっと親身になって対応してくれました。英語でのやり取りは特にありませんでしたが（妻は中国語を話します）、質の高いサービスを提供し、宿泊客が快適に過ごせるよう努力していることがよく分かりました。 アメニティは比較的シンプルですが、このタイプの宿泊施設と立地を考えると妥当なレベルです。朝食は料金に含まれており、質素ではありましたが、素朴な雰囲気の中で提供され、期待を裏切られることはありませんでした。全体的に見て、ここは清潔で立地も良く、行き届いたサービスを提供する宿であり、特に青城山の近くで静かで便利な拠点を探している家族連れに適していると言えるでしょう。

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
