ホテルの食事について話しましょう。私たちの家族はほとんどホテルで朝食と夕食を食べます。朝食はそれほど種類が多くないかもしれませんが、品質が良く、特に子牛の角と花のケーキは香ばしくておいしいです。朝食には、スモークサーモン、鶏の足の蒸し焼き、ラムチョップ、オヒョウのグリル、絞りたてジュースなどもあり、基本的に必要なものはすべて満たされます。夕食は、魚の頭の焼き物、魚の頭の鍋、生姜鶏、コショウ、エビ、トライプなど、特に両親は野菜の土鍋ご飯を食べましたが、農家のものよりもはるかにおいしいと感じました。少し高価でしたが、それだけの価値がありました。ウェイターは全体的にとても温かく気配りがあり、特にタン・ジュさんとダイさんはさらに気配りをしてくれて、父が朝食に食べ物と飲み物を手に入れるのを手伝ってくれて、本当にありがとうございました。そして、とても楽しかったです。ナプキンのひょうたんのタッセルを各ナプキンでこすることをお勧めします。紙を一枚使うだけで、不衛生に感じます。

Hotel is very clean, and kudos to the owner for being very hospitable towards the guests. Breakfast is unique as well, providing a 9 different dish which includes youtiao, corn and floral bao. For a foreign tourist, I highly recommend this hotel as location is strategic and is about 5 mins drive away from nanshan bamboo sea.

Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

今年暑假的江浙滬高温天，讓人衹想躲進山裡。臨時決定帶娃自駕去溧陽天目湖，訂酒店時一眼相中了天目湖御水温泉森酒店——事實證明，這個選擇是整個旅程最正確的決定。 先説最讓家長省心的：酒店暑期打包的“景點+住宿”套餐，簡直是為我這種懶得做Excel攻略的懶人量身定製。套餐裏直接含了水世界、南山竹海等門票，省去了比價、排隊、擔心“踩坑”的時間。雖然這次衹來得及玩這兩個地方，但已經足夠讓孩子電量耗盡。 地理位置必須單獨誇：酒店離南山竹海景區入口步行也就五六分鐘，帶着吵着要坐小火車的小朋友，不用開車找車位、不用頂着烈日走遠路。 重點説説服務，網上好多評價説“管家服務是靈魂”，親測不虛。入住當天，王勤芳管家就主動加微信，發來詳細遊玩時間表和遊玩地圖。甚至連景點門票也是她幫忙預訂綁定，到了景點直接刷身份證，完全沒有手忙腳亂。她就像我們在陌生城市的一位“本地朋友”，把瑣碎和不確定性都擋在了門外，留給我們的衹有遊玩的精彩時刻。 到店後更是處處被照顧到：早餐的烏米飯和熱點，品種不算頂級奢華，但勝在現做熱乎，有專門的小童取餐區；每晚酒店都會有暖胃夜粥（綠豆百合或南瓜小米輪流換），玩累了回來喝上一碗，比外賣舒服一百倍。所有工作人員見到小朋友都會蹲下來打招呼，退房時娃還主動要跟前台阿姨説再見。 總之，如果你也是帶學齡前或小學低齡娃的自駕家庭，這家酒店屬於“住了不後悔，後悔沒多住一晚”的類型。下次來，一定要補上温泉和竹海漂流。

村の丘の上にあるLiyang Private Tang B&Bは、周りには何もありませんが、B&Bエリアを散歩する(山を登ることができます)もかなり広いです。宿泊環境は比較的きれいで、中庭の入浴体験は良いです。滞在中は小さなアクティビティがあり、朝食も美味しく、サービススタッフもとても良かったです。宿泊室にはテレビがなく、隣に子供が住んでいて、防音が少し悪いです。家の構造が原因かもしれません。全体的に満足しており、また来ます

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

午後3時に到着したのですが、部屋がまだ清掃されておらず、チェックインまで30分待つ必要がありました。不思議に思ってフロントに尋ねると、チェックアウトは正午だと言われました。3時間経っても清掃が終わっていないとは。フロントは宿泊客が多いためだと答えましたが、毎年国慶節は多いはずですよね？ホテルは事前に対策を立てるべきではないでしょうか？清掃スタッフをもっと増やすべきでは？この点は改善が必要です。 褒めるべきは、バトラーの丁文龍さんです。チェックイン前に WeChat で私を追加してくれ、シャトルバスでチェックイン場所に案内してくれました。荷物を部屋まで運んでくれ、冷蔵庫に預けたものはすぐに手配して届けてくれました。ホテルの朝食や各観光スポットについても WeChat でリマインダーを送ってくれたりと、この点でのサービス研修は非常によくできています。 部屋はハペのキッチンテーマの部屋で、息子は料理が好きなので、この部屋をとても気に入りました。夜も朝も長い時間キッチンのおもちゃで遊んでいました。窓の外は乗馬場ですが、眺めは本館の部屋の方が良いかもしれません。部屋の細部はすべてよくできていますが、1階の床は少し安っぽく古びて見えました。 部屋は2階で、1階はトランポリンパークです。外には動力を使わないリスの遊園地と芝生があり、夜にはキャンプファイヤーと芝生音楽祭が開催され、外国人2人が歌っていました。 宿泊すると、トランポリンパークの入場券、漆扇作り、旅行写真体験がプレゼントされます。 朝食は、これまで泊まったどのホテルよりも種類が豊富で、一番美味しかったのはネギ油和え麺でした。 ホテル内には有料のアクティビティもありましたが、私たちは体験しませんでした。

Hidden in the mountains and therefore quiet, family oriented hotel. Rooms were a bit old but more or less clean. Pool, lake and Hotsprings looked nice, but not too much else to do there. Restaurant is in the basement where food was just okay and not special. Free Coffee all day at least and more water was also supplied. We went rafting afterwards, what the kids liked a lot :-)

非常棒的套餐，旁邊就是南山竹海景區，非常適合帶小朋友遊玩，酒店內的活動就可以把時間塞滿。 套餐內包含旅拍，提前一天預約，攝影宋老師非常專業，會耐心指導拍照動作，酒店環境很好，室內室外景色都很出片，3張精修免費，體驗感很不錯。 特別值得一提的是酒店有很好的服務意識，會有專門的管家提前拉羣，介紹酒店的活動和遊玩項目，入住期間有任何需求都可以直接在羣裏詢問，非常棒的入住體驗！

Slightly hard to find our location and room, but after that very impressive spot. Massive site with loads of places for dogs and kids. My wife is pregnant and they kindly let us swim in the infinity pool for free because she just wanted to exercise safely.
