Can i give more than perfect score? I cannot find any fault with this hotel. Beyond expectation. The room is better than 5 star hotel. From washing machine to hygienic towel, the nice bed, the twin toilet, clean and new etc etc. What more does one want from this hotel? You can tell the owner put out a lot of thoughts and great effort into the room. I wish i could sray another night. As for the location and those that cannot read chinese, once you EXIT the railway station and step outside the big compound you need to look RIGHT at the big tall gray building. In the big compound you see buses around you. You see a small poilice hut. Just turn right and walk 3 minutes. It is on 10th floor. Beside is a small restaurant. To the owner, thank you for your hospitality. I hope i have the pleasure to return to your hotel. And thank you for the 2 eggs i took away for my hike to Mount Fanjing 梵净山. It was most useful to restore my energy during the hike. For those who might find issue with the train whistle, it is NOT the hotel fault. The hotel is situated perfectly next to the train station for your conveniences. You can shut the window or use ear plug. I slept very very well despite my room facing the train station. So please, dont find issue with the hotel on this. Even the 4 star hotel located opposite the station will have issue with the train whistle. All the success to this hotel ✊✊✊

2年前に新しく改装されたB&Bです。 3階にエレベーターがあり、部屋の後ろには清流があり、床から天井までのカーテンが付いています。スマートなトイレとバスタブがあり、梵浄山に登った後にひと泳ぎするのに最適です。社長は気さくで堅実な人で、料理が上手で、魚の酢の物が得意です。 B&B には食事と宿泊施設を統合した独自のレストランがあります。バス停からの往復でも、梵浄山への登山でも、上司が送迎してくれます。友達に強くお勧めします。

ホテルは景勝地からかなり近い。階段を数段降りれば、わずか数百メートル先の入り口へと続く道に出られる。これは大きな利点だ。 それ以外は全て良かったのだが、到着した時、洗面台の下にピンクのスリッパが置いてあるのを見てゾッとした。色が薄いため汚れがはっきりと見え、まるで誰かが泥の中で足をこすり洗いしてそのまま放置したかのようだった。私はそのスリッパをフロントに届けた。ちなみに、チェックインの際、使い捨てスリッパは1足しか用意されていなかった。追加を頼んだのだが、まだ電話番号がなかったようで、階下まで行って尋ねなければならなかった。すると、いかにも弱そうな若い女性が、新品と思われるスリッパを2足持ってきてくれた。 入り口横の洗面台はドライヤーを使うには不向きで、壁にテープで固定されていた。ある晩、ヘアドライヤーとスタンドがドスンと音を立てて洗面台に落ち、びっくりして目が覚めました。洗面台の周りには、眼鏡かウォーターフロッサーを横向きに置くことしかできず、お湯を沸かすのに不便です。お湯を沸かすには、やかんを洗面台に置かなければなりません。やかんが2回も落ちたので、諦めて蛇口の近くの壁に立てかけたままにしていました。 今朝、急いで出かけようとしたら、車が塞がれているのを見つけました。受付の人があちこち尋ねてくれましたが、どこから来たのか分からず、なかなか手がかりが見つかりませんでした。仕方なく電話をして移動してもらうと、どうやら隣のホテルの宿泊客のものらしいことが分かりました。受付の人に隣のホテルの人を探してきてもらうよう頼みました。朝食後、ようやく車が移動された頃には、20分も無駄にしていました。

We stayed for two nights because the hotel is conveniently located near Fanjingshan. While the location was suitable for our visit, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was extremely quiet when we first arrived, and it appeared that we were the only guests during our stay. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. On our first night, we requested washing powder so that we could do some laundry. We were told that it had run out and that more would be available the following morning. However, when we checked the next day, there was still no washing powder available. More frustratingly, the staff made no effort to update us on the situation or offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and initiative was disappointing. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to extend our stay by one more night because my wife was experiencing back pain and preferred not to travel. However, our sleep quality did not improve. At around 6:00 a.m., we were awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor and by the constant noise of doors opening and closing. The soundproofing appears to be poor, as noises from the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room. Between the uncomfortable bed, inadequate sound insulation, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we did not get the restful stay we had hoped for. .

The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes walking from the park entrance. Staff is extremely nice, will use translators to help you, offer luggage storage and can help you arrange transportation from the town to Tongren (train station, main city nearby) or wherever you’re going, at a better price than ride hailing apps. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was big and comfortable, bathrooms are also spacious and clean, with a sliding door separating the toilet from the shower. My room was facing the road and the noise wasn’t high. In China it’s rare to find hotels with noise isolating panels so overall this was a very quiet hotel which was a blessing for resting after a hard day of hiking. There’s a couple restaurants directly next to it, or behind it if you access through one of the stairs in the nearby buildings. It’s a very convenient place to stay, not too close to the east entrance gate (5 mins walking but avoids all the noise), very comfortable and staff is remarkably nice. They also have free laundry service which is a blessing if you’re travelling for long. I would definitely stay here again. The building has an elevator so no problem carrying bags. They’re kind enough to help you with them though. So yes, very good choice, well located and exceptional service.

I think they saw me wandering about and figured I was looking for their hotel haha. Gave me guidance on how to get to fanjingshan. I booked a budget room with non adjustable temperature but they gave me a fan. Booked for a single bed no window but got a double with window so that was nice. It seems to be run by a nice family. bit of a language barrier but you can communicate over translate - hotels ask for more details than hostels so if you don't speak chinese you should prepare your name, nationality, phone number, previous city etc. with chinese labels beforehand to make the process smoother Location Walking distance from train station. You can walk into the central town but there is a nearby bus stop too (although all the buses I went on were crammed). Also walking distance to the tourist centre bus stop to other cities. Has shops below. I think I might have struggled a bit to find it if they hadn't seen me. quite a nice view of the surrounding buildings and their lights A bit grubby around the edges e.g. the toilet hadn't been cleaned and it was very close to the shower, but it is so cheap you can't really complain More hostel vibes than hotel
