This stylishly renovated house with pool is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The house has two floors, beautifully decorated and airy, surrounded by spacious terraces and a typical Andalusian garden and many olive trees. The terraces are covered and the various seating areas invite quiet enjoyment of the countryside. It is 3 km to Frigiliana and 5 km to Nerja and the beach. Both bathrooms have been redesigned and now feature a Raindance shower. The new house is south facing and sits in its own fruit orchard and is on three levels. On the first level is a living room consisting of an open plan kitchen/ dining area with further seating area and a guest toilet with shower. The lower level contains three bedrooms & two bathrooms. Outside there is a full lenght shady terrace leading to a swimming pool of some 10 x 4 meters surrounded by grass lawns. In addition a purpose built BBQ with its own seating area. Its charming popular architecture with the white walls dotted with flowers, oozes Andalusia flavour and it is in harmony with the marvellous view we can admire from the 'Balcon de Europa' situated on a cliff. Nerja also boasts a lively nightlife bases upon typical restaurants, discos, music cafes, flamenco clubs, the well as shops with articles for all tastes.
