The inviting and high quality Mallorcan finca is located on a large and completely fenced plot in the middle of the wide fields of the island center between the towns of Inca and Sineu. Through a spacious driveway with enough space for two vehicles one reaches the house and laterally in the remarkably beautiful and well maintained garden, which is lined with palm trees and olive trees. In the middle of the garden and surrounded by lawns is the classic 8 by 4 meter pool. In addition to a comfortable sunbathing area right by the pool with shady areas, the rustic and practical grill area stands out. Here you can find everything you need for a summer barbecue. The dining area, which is protected by a pavilion, is next to the house and a few steps away is the covered veranda. The south-east orientation of the garden guarantees sunshine until the late afternoon.The modern house itself is on two floors bright and friendly furnished. On the ground floor is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with German satellite TV, as well as the house is equipped with an internet connection.
