「Très bon accueil, l'endroit très calme et très bien situé aussi. Je me suis rendu compte que j'avais peu d'essence et juste à coté une station. Nous avions faim et il y avait des restaurants autour. C'était très agréable notre séjour!」

「Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles l'accès au bâtiment n'est pas pratique nous sommes obligés de porter les valises Le domaine est très beau mais le bâtiment d'accès aux chambres fait plus penser à des couloirs d' hôpital dont l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas 😢 La chambre ne reflète pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles Car les finitions laissent à désirer (câble qui dépasse,lampe ,douche, porte à galandage complètement HS)la télé est grande mais les chaînes bug les lumières ne sont pas pratiques du tout et quand nous prenons notre douche, nous en mettons partout même en faisant attention , la clim nous avons essayé de la baisser mais nous n'avons ressenti aucun froid Dommage parce que le domaine est vraiment beau et les prestations piscine spa ainsi que le petit-déjeuner copieux été au rendez-vous , dommage」

Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.」

「The hotel is in the city center, closed to chantilly castle , and train station. Room is quite big. And nice. No lift, a bit difficult to bring the luggage up to top floor. No kettle in the room. But there is a microwave and fridge. No cutlery」
