「We booked De Vere Cotswolds Water Park as we wanted to celebrate my birthday with some of our best friends. The location was ideal, the atmosphere was very friendly, the bedrooms were amazing and the onsite facilities (including restaurants, cafes, shops and leisure) were absolutely perfect for what we needed. The customer service shown by the staff throughout our stay was truly superb. Special mentions to Olivia and Ruby. Olivia was so friendly and helpful when checking us in on arrival, then kindly upgraded my wife and I to a wonderful room with its own decking area. Ruby in the main restaurant area was brilliant. So very friendly, welcoming and efficient, plus the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again in the future.」

Het hotel heeft een ruime parking, is stijlvol ingericht, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en lekker eten in het restaurant (zowel diner en ontbijt). Leuke extra: elke ochtend staat er een flesje verse melk aan de deur van je kamer!」

「This hotel is definitely a good stopover for 1 night  for Cotswolds visit. There was a McDonald and grocery store opposite the hotel, free parking is definitely a good point. Breakfast was excellent!」

「スワンホテルは、コッツウォルズのテラスハウスを訪れるのに最適なホテルです。ホテルからテラスハウスまでは徒歩圏内で、イングランドの田園地帯の素晴らしい景色を望めます。テラスハウスからは中世の街コッツウォルズの街へと直結しており、周囲にはイングランドの有名な田園観光地が数多く点在しています。大変便利ですが、車でのアクセスをおすすめします。 ホテルは道路沿いに建つ、約12室のテラスハウス群で構成されています。お車でお越しの場合は、事前にホテルまでご連絡の上、駐車スペースをご予約ください。駐車場は無料です。 2階にエレベーターがあります。3階の客室へは、荷物を階段で運ぶ必要がありますが、フロントスタッフがお手伝いいたします。 客室は典型的なクラシックな英国様式で、大変快適です。イングランドの田園地帯の冬は非常に寒いため、冬には暖房が完備されています。夏はエアコンを使わず、自然換気で暖められています。 ホテルのレストランは地元で有名なレストランで、本格的な英国料理を提供しており、大変美味しいです。ただし、いわゆるチョウザメは特に美味しいわけではなく、休日は予約が必要です。 朝食は素晴らしいので、ぜひお見逃しなく。」

「The room was nice, amenities were good and exactly what they stated it would be. Unfortunately the other guests were very noisy and kept me up all night whilst I had an important assessment. Thats not on the hotel though. Wish there was a couple of be considerate signs in the corridor though.」

「It was a great experience and stay. A bit far from the city center. But the room was spacious and I loved bathrooms. It was very comfortable. And top of that, the restaurant served amazing food! I highly recommend :)」
