「到着時に受付係はとても役に立ちました、部屋はきれいでした、ベッドは快適でした、私たちは部屋がとても暖かく、窓の311号室を開くことができませんでした、この部屋からの眺めはあまりありませんでした。ホテルは満員だったので、別の部屋を手に入れることができませんでした。私たちはレストランで夕食をとりました。食べ物は素晴らしく、ウェイターはとても親切でした。翌朝朝食をとりましたが、ベーコンと黒プリンは目玉焼きと同じようにやり過ぎであることがわかりました。しかし、私たちは新鮮な調理済みの食べ物がキッチンから出てくるのを待つべきです。ウェイトレスにこれを言及しました。朝食は私たちの滞在の唯一の欠点でした」

「It's located near the railway station. It takes just 5minutes. It was very helpful for us to travel Northern Wales by train. Overall, I appreciate this hotel, but the drawback is that we can't leave our luggage when we arrive earlier check-in time.」

「Some areas were very dated, could do with an upgrade. However our room was adequate, very spacious with basics, I.e hairdryer, coffee machine (which we couldn't figure out). Bed was extremely comfortable. The biggest let down for us was we were kept awake by the music and singing. It was incredibly loud. We couldn't sleep it was so loud so we turned the TV on, couldn't hear that, all we could hear was the singing and music. I went to reception twice to ask when it would go off, both times I was told it would be off very soon but it wasn't, it went on a lot longer than they said. Even when it went off we couldn't get to sleep for a long time as we were expecting it to start up again. It was good for guests to have entertainment on but not at the expense of guests paying £150 first one night plus £24 first breakfast who couldn't relax in the room.」

「Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby.」

「The room was decently sized, had all the basics and is in a very good location. Main downside was the parking for us, there are very few on site parking spaces which are first come first served. So, we had to resort to the waterfront parking which can be quite expensive. 」

「このホテルが元の状態に戻ったことを知ってとてもうれしいです。私は通常、グループコーチの旅行を組織し、最後にここに来たのはCovidの直後で、休憩全体が悲惨でした。恐ろしい食べ物(現在のビュッフェスタイルではなく)、絶望的なバー、エンターテイメントはありません....リストは続きました。現在の状況 食べ物は素敵に見え、朝食も素晴らしく見えました。すべてのビュッフェスタイルで美しく提示されています。スタッフは幸せで親切でおしゃべりです。二度とここに止まらないと思いましたが、昨夜の滞在後、間違いなく私のグループと一緒に戻ってきます よくやった「ザグランド」」
