「The property is located in fatehganj, which is quite close to the airport. The rooms are of average quality, nothing outstanding or classy. The ac in the room initially allotted to us was not cooling. When we complained, then they showed reluctance in changing our room. We insisted that the room has to be changed, only then did so. The food was average. The staff was average, not quick and eager to serve. The ambience aand decor were alright. The food was also quite ordinary, nothing special. The level of general cleanliness was good. Bed linnen was average. The lights in the rooms located on the third floor were very dim, causing problems related to visibility」
