「The Positives Generous Space: The bedroom is incredibly spacious with plenty of walking room, making it feel open and comfortable rather than cramped. Comfortable Bedding: The king-sized bed was well-made with plenty of pillows, offering a good night's sleep. Natural Light: The room features a massive window that lets in a great amount of natural light during the day, complete with thick curtains for privacy. Basic Amenities: Standard features like a wall-mounted Panasonic TV, a dedicated working desk/vanity, and standard bathroom toiletries were all provided. The bathroom design is quite modern, featuring a sleek glass vessel sink and a clear glass shower partition. Areas for Improvement Flooring Wear and Tear: The laminate wood flooring has definitely seen better days. There are highly visible gaps between the planks, and the edges are chipping and lifting in multiple spots across the room, which takes away from the overall comfort. Dated Electronics: While the TV works, it is an older, bulkier model (Panasonic Viera) that looks a bit outdated compared to modern flat screens. Maintenance: While the layout is good, the bathroom ventilation fan cover looked quite dusty and aged. The air-con is super-cool bit we were unable to adjust the temperature to make it more warmer.」

「their cleanliness and location is good. i only have an issue with iron because other guests dont give it back to the receptionist after they used it. so that 2 days i never get the chance to use it. hopefully the hotel can add more iron for the guests to use but give solid instructions to guests so they shall give it back after certain hours of using it.」
