「We loved the food at Cafe Adelina! The location was prime and accessible. Their pool area is instagrammable. It was not crowded and we got the pool to ourselves. Their parking lot is spacious, too! The service was superb! The booking was done via Trip.com an hour before our check-in and the hotel staffs were very welcoming and warm. Though we experienced a few power interruptions, their back up electricity was automatically engaged. Nevertheless, we look forward to our next stay.」

「It could have been a beautiful and relaxing stay if the resort had been properly maintained and kept clean. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flies around the room, which became annoying, and the smell of the room was not very inviting. The water from the faucet was also brownish in color and had a salty taste, which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless, I truly commend the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff who did their best to make us comfortable despite these concerns. The resort itself is beautiful and has so much potential. The craftsmanship of the furniture and fixtures is quite exceptional and clearly reflects quality and attention to detail. However, it seems that the resort’s cleanliness and maintenance have been overlooked. With the price we paid—which is even higher than some 5-star hotels—I honestly feel that the experience was not worth the cost. It is a beautiful resort, and with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to the overall guest experience, it could truly live up to its worth.」
