The neighborhood features 200 acres of open space for hiking, biking, and volleyball.There is ample parking in front of the home (space for 3 cars). The home is located on a private easement shared with a few other neighbors. Because of this, there is almost no traffic on that road. We do ask that you be courteous of our neighbors and stick to the designated parking spaces.WINTER:To get to Sunset Haven, you’ll be on paved roads the entire time with the exception of the 100 foot easement (rare for mountain properties!)
