「We stayed for six nights in Weston and had a mixed experience overall. Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we arrived late in the evening. The floors were dirty and covered in hairs, and it looked as though they had been mopped with a dirty mop. The porch area also had a distinct smell and very sticky floors, which made it uncomfortable to use. We also found several items left behind, including breakfast cereal behind the bedroom curtains and belongings under the cupboard. As we arrived very late and had cleaning supplies with us from travelling through the Keys, I cleaned the room myself rather than contacting the hotel. In fairness, they may have resolved this if given the opportunity, but housekeeping on arrival is definitely an area that needs improvement. Check‑in at the front desk was acceptable—nothing unpleasant, but not particularly welcoming. We were also charged more at check‑in than the price shown on Trip.com. I contacted Trip.com and they resolved the discrepancy quickly. The room itself was excellent in size. We stayed in a king room with a balcony, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s facilities were a highlight: • The pool area was lovely and open until 11pm. • The hot tub was huge and kept at a perfect temperature. • BBQs and a fire pit were available and added to the overall experience. Location The location was brilliant. It offered easy access to the Everglades, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, making it a great base for exploring South Florida. Despite the significant cleanliness issues on arrival, the hotel’s location, room size, and facilities were excellent. With improvements to housekeeping and a more welcoming check‑in experience, this could be a fantastic place to stay.」

「Our first stay at hotel 66 and this hotel complex was fantastic from arrival to leaving firstly on arrival the team at the door helped with luggage with kindness and respect a great start then George at the reception desk  another assist to the business kind helpful respectful always with a smile 😃 thank you 🙏 room was excellent not the best view but it was a basic room and far better than expected and it was immaculate again housekeeping great 👍 and wanted to help ,  breakfast again excellent on the first day exceptional and the young chef that likes football making omelettes again exceptional ( wearing a black chefs outfit ) kind respectful and thinking about customers needs again a great 👍 asset to any team thank you . On our second visit breakfast was a little more upside down 🙃 as it was so busy but still you could see the team in most was trying again great . The communal areas again immaculate- I’ve stayed now at the  Ritz , Conrad , Western , and Pier 66 is miles ahead . Thank you all for making our short stay so enjoyable and without doubt 10 out of 10  thank you Angelo Ianniello and Family stayed 26/12/2025 for two nights .」

「The people were very kind and helpful.  However , it was 3$ for a small bottle of water in your room.  The toilet had the seat up and appeared to have been used and not cleaned for new guests.  The beds were very nice and for the most part cleaning was good.  Shower head leaked, shampoo dispenser was almost empty as well as the others.  And one small drink in the bar cost $16 and it was not well done.  It had no lime and the tonic was flat.  I was unhappy that I paid more than an airplane price for something far worse. So bottom line attention to detail and lower cost for amenities or get much better quality.」

「We first stayed at Ocean Villas about six years ago and found it an excellent value for clean, basic accommodations near the beach. This time, we found the facility had gotten a nice exterior facelift, and the rooms were as before clean and serviceable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms have good-sized refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and basic dishes. Beds are comfortable. Some rooms are much smaller than others for the same number of guests. Our room had only one small bedside lamp for lighting, though we found a second small reading lamp in the closet. There's a nice pool area with lounge chairs. There is no housekeeping (though one can have towels replaced by leaving them outside), and the office is only open briefly around check-in and check-out times (lockbox arrangements are made for those arriving later). Unfortunately, the price has increased significantly, while the facilities and service remain at the budget-hotel level, so the value for the money is not as good as in the past.」

「We had higher expectations for Renaissance in terms of hardware and amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. “Starbucks” is NOT a real Starbucks, just a counter service with a coffee machine. The staff in charge were not very professional and the machine was malfunctioned when I tried to make a purchase.」
