「Check in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.」
