「Location, staff, room everything was fine, but exhaust fan wasn’t working in bathroom & in AC ventilation was looks dirty(dusty).」

「とても満足のいく滞在でした。日中レンタカー会社で車を借りた際、唯一のクレジットカードを取得するのを忘れてしまったためです。夜にチェックインしたとき、クレジットカードが見つからないことに気づきました。フロントの中国人従業員（女性、東北出身、名前を聞くのを忘れました、ごめんなさい！）はとても辛抱強く解決策を見つけてくれ、最終的に部屋を無料でアップグレードしてくれました。素晴らしい経験！また、このホテルはハードからソフトまで全ての設備が素晴らしいと言わざるを得ません。」

「Had a great stay. The front desk were very accomodating in assisting me extend my stay multiple times. Only thing that could be improved is a more frequent patrol of the hallways and property. Bins are overfilled and i think house keeping needs a more controlled schedule.」

「Great stay overall! The hotel is strategically located just a short walk from the tram station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good facilities. Breakfast was also a highlight, plenty of options and really enjoyable. A nice touch was that I was even able to borrow a microwave for my room, which was surprisingly convenient. The only small downside is that there’s no free on-site parking. However, they do offer overnight parking for $15, which is quite reasonable. Alternatively, there are free or affordable street parking options nearby. Would definitely stay again!」
