「Pros: Room was clean enough upon arrival. They provide water and some snacks at the lobby free of charge. Hotel also has some events. Cons: Sofa bed was super creaky, steamer didn’t work and had to change it 3 times until we finally got one that worked, house keeping did not clear the trash properly and used creamer satches remained on the tray and coffee/ tea pods were not topped up. Beds were made but our PJ were left all over the beds & unfolded too. Staff are not very friendly nor helpful. Arrived in the pouring rain with 2 big luggages and staff stared at me from the desk instead of assisting me etc. Overall ok for a quick stay but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.」

「The amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood」

「Don’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly. Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in. The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W」

「スペースも広く、景色も綺麗ですが、フロントの金髪ウェイターはフレンドリーではなく、とても焦ります。駅の問い合わせは無知でしたが、他のウェイターはとても上手で、ようやく水泳を学びました。」

「Alles in orde. Water in douche liep niet weg, maar was niet echt storend en kregen als compensatie gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Vriendelijk personeel.」

「Eerste nacht in 2 2 persoons kamers geboekt in het hoofdgebouw. Verschillende kamers allebei. 1 groter dan de ander weer. Eenvoudige kamers, geen extra's zoals koffie faciliteit etc. Eerste nacht met ontbijt geboekt, extra voor bij betaald, maar ontbijt stelt niet zo veel voor eigenlijk. Prijs te duur er voor. Laatste nachten in Vila. Grote ruime kamer met wel koffie faciliteit . Vila is wel erg gehorig. Verder een goed verblijf gehad.」
