素晴らしい
CCiptaningrumIt is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B:
1. Beautiful old building,
2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window.
Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient:
1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch.
2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items.
3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient.
4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning.
5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

FFennyヒルトンはいつも安心です。
丁寧でプロフェッショナルな対応（予約にヒルトン・オナーポイントを追加できるか尋ねたところ、ヒルトンアカウントと同じ名前で予約したので追加できるとのことでした…ポイントの反映を数日後に待ちたいと思います）。
朝食サービスも素晴らしく、種類豊富で豊富な種類の美味しい料理とスイーツが揃っています。ワッフルは注文に応じて焼いてもらえますし、カヌレなどの地元名義のお菓子も用意されています。パンケーキをその場で焼いてくれるマシンもあります。クロワッサンとパン・オ・ショコラは定番です。ドリンクにはマンゴージュースもあります（もちろん、すべてのホテルで提供しているわけではありません）。
フィットネスサービス、ランドリーサービスなどがあり、歯ブラシなどを忘れた場合でも、ホテルで直接購入できます。「Grab & Go」コーナーではアイスクリームも購入できます。
また、近くにカルフール・シティもあります。金曜日の午後6時頃に到着しましたが、ホテル前の路上に駐車スペースを見つけ、2～3ユーロを支払って午前9時20分まで駐車できました。車で到着し、一日中駐車する必要がない場合は、本当に便利です。そうでなければ、ヒルトンの地下駐車場もあります。
どこも清潔感は抜群でした。カーペットにシミ、壁に跡、シャワーの縁にカビが生えた部屋に泊まってしまったのは残念でした。
部屋は広々としていて、プライバシーが必要な年長の子供がいる家族に最適です。全員が同じ部屋に泊まりますが、壁を隔ててそれぞれにテレビがあります。
ホテル全体の色彩は、まるで禅のような雰囲気です。
本当に素晴らしい時間を過ごせたので、近いうちにまた訪れたいと思っています。
市内中心部から少し離れているのが残念ですが、車で行くことができ、必要なものはすべて揃っていたので、完璧でした。
ヒルトンに感謝します。特に、私たちの短い滞在を忘れられないものにしてくれたスタッフ全員に感謝します。

ゲゲストDisappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

匿匿名ユーザーホテルは、鉄道駅やトラム/バス停の真向かいにあります。2 つの点を除けば、快適な滞在でした。まず、蛇口/シャワーのお湯が熱すぎました。ホテルのスタッフがお湯の温度調節の仕方を教えてくれて、フランスではどこでもそうなると言いました。もちろん私はそうは思いません。このメルキュールにチェックインする直前、パリとナントの 2 つのイビス ホテルに宿泊しました。ヨーロッパを旅して 30 年、数え切れないほど多くのホテルに宿泊しましたが、この「熱湯」の問題に遭遇したことはありませんでした。いずれにせよ、解決策は、非常に熱いお湯がなくなるまで、非常に長い時間お湯を流し続けることでした。その後、温度を調節できました。私は、真水を大切にする人々が住む場所から来たので、これは受け入れられません。ホテルは海外からのゲストを受け入れているので、この「熱湯」の問題に対処する方法について、バスルームに注意事項/指示があるべきかもしれません。
2 つ目は、部屋で提供されるコーヒーが期待以下でした。4 つ星ホテルなら、もっと良い対応をすべきです。部屋にケトルがあったのは嬉しかったです。

ゲゲスト素敵なホテル滞在でした。トラムでの移動に理想的なロケーションでした。素敵なプールとサンラウンジャー。ホテルの心遣いが気に入りました。水泳用に清潔なビーチタオルとウォーターディスペンサーが用意されていました。部屋は素敵で、毎日掃除されていました。お得なホテルです。朝食はおいしかったです。選択肢が豊富で、頻繁に補充されていました。

OOliweiホテルは鉄道駅まで徒歩圏内（10分）、周辺にはスーパーマーケットがいくつかあります。ベッドルームはまあまあ、バスルームはとても広く（車椅子でもアクセス可能だと思います）、キッチンは少し狭め（バスルームに比べて）、バスルームはもう少し大きくても小さくてもよかったです。窓は小さいですが、暑い日でも大丈夫です。清潔で静かです。サウナとジムがあります。市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、電車で行くのに便利です。

Les employés font tres bien les choses dans le respect et le sourire (assez rare pour que cela soit signalé)
Le studio supérieur est tres spacieux et possede également un petit lave vaisselle.
Fortement recommandable
Une seule suggestion me vient a l esprit c'est de mettre un cendrier devant l entrée principale

熱水也是足夠的，洗澡沒問題。
服務特別好，戴眼鏡的前台姐姐很友善，熱情，和負責。
地理位置非常方便，周圍便利店，酒吧，餐廳，公交都有。十分方便和安全。
唯一不足是房間有床蟲，睡的當晚被咬了5處紅腫，第二天又有2處，沒有蚊子咬的癢，但有紅腫和硬塊，

Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students)
Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom
The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view
I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better.
Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante.
Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là
Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception.
