Hotel location was ok, short walk and you were in the centre of Toulouse. Reception were welcoming on arrival and we we shown to our rooms. The double room was very small and after three nights became quite claustrophobic with luggage and trying to move around. We also had no hot water for a day and a half which was disappointing. Beds were really comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and the room did have air conditioning although not very strong. We recommended for a short stay and if you just want a base to sleep.

とても静かな部屋で、ベッドも快適でした。エアコンも良く、毎日清掃もされていました。ぐっすり眠ることができ、滞在にとても満足しました。 唯一の欠点は、ホテルが少し古めかしく、バスルームが少し古めかしかったことです。改装が必要です。また、ベッドサイドに充電ポイントがありませんでした。チェックイン時や、別の日に鍵を預けた際にフロントに何度か行ったのですが、誰もおらず、何度もベルを押しても反応がありませんでした。これは改善が必要です。 それ以外は良い滞在でした。

近隣には飲食店もございますので、朝食付きのご予約を忘れずに ビジネスホテルにおすすめ！空港へのアクセスも便利で、タクシーやバスも便利です。

トゥールーズにある素敵な小さなホテルです。どこへ行くにもとても便利です。駅まで徒歩10分、空港シャトルバスの停留所まで徒歩5分、市内中心部まで徒歩10分です。 スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで親切でした！ コーヒーとペストリーが無料でいただけたのが嬉しかったです。 部屋自体は小さめですが、素敵でした。 ヘアコンディショナーやボディローションなど、アメニティも充実していました。 唯一少し気になったのは、照明のスイッチの位置です。バスルームのドアを開けた時に、電気がついていないことに気づき、スイッチを探し始めましたが、開けたドアに隠れていて見つかりませんでした。 また、コンセントの数が少なく、充電器を差し込むのにホテルの電話のプラグを抜かなければなりませんでした。

立地が良く、清潔感があり、ユニークな英国風のデザイン、モダンでリラックスした雰囲気、フレンドリーなスタッフ。ただし、エレベーターで階に上がった後、部屋に入る前に階段を上る必要があります。

めちゃくちゃ良いホテルでした。 駅の目の前にあり、清潔で部屋も広く、アメニティもありました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

L'accueil a été un peu bizarre car je suis membre gold dans cete chaine, mais n'ai pas réservé via leur site... aussi le personnel m'a dit que je n'avais pas droit à mes privilèges habituels. Au delà de ça, tout s'est bien passé et l'hotel est de bon standing. Petit déjeuner excellent et avec des produits régionaux de qualité. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais au calme, enn pleine ville !

不満はありません。宿泊施設は写真で見るより少し狭かったですが、全体的に清潔で、歓迎も親切でした。特にキッチンで朝食を作ってくれる女性たちはとても親切で、本当に助かりました。また来たいと思います😉

We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.
