ゲゲストWhen we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC.
I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did.
Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there.
I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

匿匿名ユーザーオープンしたばかりなので行ってきました。部屋はとても広くて清潔です。リバプール行きのバスならユニバーシティ駅を選んでください。電車で行くと、最寄りの駅はライムストリート駅です（その日は雨が降っていたので、私はウーバーを使いました。5ポンド）チャイナタウンまでは約8〜9ポンドです。アンフィールドスタジアムからは雨が降らなければ、試合を観た後歩いて帰ることができます（タクシーだと時間がかかるので）、ホテルの朝食は洋食でかなり豊富です〜小さな観光客もいますフロントにある地図

XXuanlin風が気持ちよく吹くドックの散歩道。OneLiverpool からもさほど遠くなく、ショッピングや食事にも便利です。スタッフはそこそこフレンドリーです。客室のアメニティは平均的ですが、基本的なものは揃っています。客室の金庫が機能していなかったのでがっかりしました。WiFi 接続は良好で、この時代では誰にとっても重要な要素だと私は信じています。全体的に、滞在する価値があり、宿泊先を探している人にはお勧めです。

ゲゲスト受付のスタッフがすぐに出迎え、チェックインしてくれました。明るくて素敵な受付でした。受付ではスナックやドリンクを販売しています。
広々とした部屋で、清潔で設備も整っています。最上階の 6 階に部屋がありました。ベッドルームにはヘアドライヤー、アイロン、アイロン台、ケトルがあります。
シャワーの水圧は中程度で、スプレーヘッドは細くなっています。水は暖かくて気持ちよかったです。
ベッドと枕 2 つは清潔で快適でした。
午前 6 時頃、外か上からのハミング音で目が覚め、再び眠ることができませんでした。
朝食は混沌としていて、案内するスタッフはいませんでした。朝食をとる人の数に対してテーブルがあまりありません。セルフサービスで食事を取る前にテーブルを確保してください。食べ物はすぐに補充されました。残念ながらカトラリーは補充されておらず、スタッフは少しプレッシャーを感じていました。朝食はあまり良い経験ではありませんでした。
朝食の人数が多かったため、エレベーターの待ち行列が予想よりも長かったです。
フィットネスルームはありますが、利用しませんでした。
チェックアウトは迅速でした。
1泊か2泊のシンプルな宿泊先を探している人にはお勧めです。

CClaire.BStayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror.
I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep.
That said, I would still stay again.

食べ物: 最初の夜、レストランエリアで食事をしました。私たちのうち 2 人はマグロを選び、1 人はリベエ ステーキを選びました。ステーキはきれいでした。マグロは両方とも泳いでいたので、余分な料理のために戻って行かなければなりませんでした。明らかにキッチンには「エージェンシーシェフ」がいました。マグロを取り戻したときはとても美味しかったです。
次回リバプールを訪れるときは、間違いなくまた滞在します。

ゲゲストGood location nearby shops and the train station 5 mins walk. Basic room but clean. Shower was great and the river view was decent. Rooms are soundproof for the busy road outside which is great. Breakfast was lovely and great choice of cooked and cold food. Coffee not nice but that's personal choice.
only down is no leisure facility even though there's one right next door. Noisy fan in the room

JJay-PeeMy Two-Night Stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool: Central City Experience
Just wrapped up a fantastic two-night stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool and wanted to share my thoughts! At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience.
The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep!
I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city.
What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking.
The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place.
Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank.
