They couldn't find our reservation. Very bad administration. We had to wait 30 minutes till they find our reservation and they even didn't apologize. Staff is friendly.

Breakfast was good, and the rooms were great. I also received an upgrade, but room service was slow, and the rooms were not soundproof. Every day, I was woken up by the garbage truck music — ”Gadi Wala Aaya Ghar Se Kachra Nikal.” Additionally, there was ongoing construction, making it excessively noisy. The Chinese cuisine was disappointing, but the Indian cuisine had a good taste. I also lost the room key and had to pay ₹350 extra. With the upgrade, the stay was worth the money; otherwise, it felt a bit expensive.

Very close to railway station so convenient if you have to catch a train during early and late hours. The rooms are clean and the property has a period feel to it like from old british times with its quirky wooden furniture, paintings and artefacts. Makes one feel at home quickly. The owners are friendly and welcoming. If an opportunity arises will definitely stay again.

ホテルの場所は幹線道路なのでアクセスしやすいです。ホテルの部屋は手入れが行き届いていて清潔です。食べ物の質と味は素晴らしいです。バスルームは広としていますが、排水が詰まっていたため、排水するのに時間がかかりました。レセプションのスタッフは協力的ですが、ルームサービスのスタッフは傲慢です。塩を配達した後、注文した食べ物に余分な塩を得るために15分待たせます。全体的に経験は素晴らしかった。👍

Overall nice to stay. Price is economical. However some services are poor like in my room the telephone no for room service was not working.

Overall a good stay experience in sunrise inn, staff is humble and supportive, room was fine not so good but ok, location wise good, peaceful area. It is good for single person stay, food was somewhat expensive.
