It is near the main ”road” /avenue in the medina and a clear signage is hanged at the junction so it is fairly easy to find the riad. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Our room was clean but the blankets and towels looked well-used. There was some smell in the bathroom and I was told it was caused by humidity because prior to our arrival it had rained for two months. The whole medina was affected.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. スタッフ全員がとてもフレンドリーで親切で、まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげます。客室はもちろん、共用スペースも美しく装飾され、清潔で整頓されています。細部に至るまで、ゲストが快適に過ごせるよう、あらゆる配慮がなされていることが感じられます。コストパフォーマンスも抜群です。もしまたラバトに来ることがあれば、必ずここに泊まりたいと思います。強くお勧めします！

Stayhereは、プロフェッショナルに管理されているホテルチェーンです。私たちはラバットにある2つの場所に滞在しました。1つは市内中心部にあり、もう1つはゴルフリゾートの近くにあります。彼らのスタッフはとても親切で、ゲストのニーズに応えます。客室は広としていて、フルキッチンがあります。チェックイン時間を確認するために到着前に連絡があり、チェックアウト後に荷物を保管することができました。私たちは本当に滞在を楽しんだ

場所は良いです。駅の近くでフェスに行くことができ、トラムも近く、街を歩き回ることができます。

このホテルはビジネスに最適な立地です。スタッフはとても親切で対応も迅速でした。少し不便だったのは、ホテルの近くにレストランがあまり多くなかったことです。それ以外は、彼らのおかげで旅行は素晴らしいものになりました。

メディナにある素晴らしいリアド。豪華な内装と必要なアメニティが揃っています。バスルームには床暖房があります。看板が小さいので少し見つけにくいですが、メインの路地から少し曲がったところにあります。

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
