Прекрасный отель! Максимально клиентоориентирован. Большая ухоженная территория, 5 бассейнов, вкл. большой крытый, много баров. Пляж отлично обустроен. Анимация и спасатели работают даже не в сезон (были в марте). Ресторан с огромным выбором блюд, в барах большой выбор напитков, широкая коктейльная карта. В spa была на mix массаже - очень понравилось.
Отель классный. Мне понравилось все. За 3 недели в Турции я сменил 9 отелей и здешних завтрак был лучшим. Шведский стол, автомат кофейный, автомат с соком, чай. Бесплатно вода в номерах. Сотрудники хорошие, приветливые. Большой бассейн. Все отлично. Из минусов: расположен далеко от моря (минут 20 пешком) и от исторического центра города Сиде. Но отель собственно и не в городе Сиде находится, а в городе Манавгат. Также есть доставка на пляж утром и обратная доставка с пляжа вечером. Шезлонг бесплатно на пляже вам как постояльцам отеля
Были проездом, заселялись на одну ночь. Номера просторные и очень чистые. Удобные подушки (для отелей это редкость, даже очень хороших) Рядом с отелем очень много места для парковки. Довольно неплохой завтрак, но нам не хватило кофе (тут разносят только чай). В целом придраться не к чему, остались очень довольны и однозначно рекомендуем этот отель
Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле.
Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

Food is very good, buffet restaurant has everything and beyond. Premium alcohol and up to date rooms. Beach is well managed.

There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special.
Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!
ゲゲストPaloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.
MMariamNabWe have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.

SSadiaThis resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
