Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Only disappointment is that there is no gluten free dairy free options for breakfast other than oranges, bananas and orange juice. However for those that can eat the breakfast it is great.

This was a very nice hotel . Located in the center of the city access to most everything . Staff very pleasant . Room clean .

Overall it's a good hotel, facility is new and clean., location is good. Room is big enough for a family.

Beautiful room, great location. I stayed in the winter and the weather was cold and I could not get warm, but I live in a hot climate, so that's not unexpected. No room cleanings during my stay, which is strange, but I could ask for more supplies and towels by text or email and they provided everything I asked for. I would stay here again.

Every time we choose this hotel when we are in Grand Rapids, nice people and good breakfast.

Lobby furniture broken down and old Food stains on the carpet in lobby Bathroom door in room was broken and old Front desk help was excellent and kind .... Shuttle driver was very good in morning

ホテルはコンサートに行くのに良かった。プールとホットタブはまともな時間でした。唯一の不満は、部屋にコーヒーやタオルを補充しないことでした。壁も少し薄かった。廊下での会話がはっきりと聞こえ、バスルームにはプライバシーがあまりないと感じませんでした

サービスはとても役に立ちました。時間外に到着する予定だったので、部屋のキーカードにアクセスする方法を尋ねられました。内部のハイライトされた地図は、私の部屋を見つけるのに最適でした。初めて部屋に到着したとき、日陰が開いていて、テレビがオンになっているので、少し緊張しました。部屋にはすでに誰かがいるような気がしました。鍵を持って部屋に入って周りを見回しましたが、誰もいませんでした。このホテルのあるエリアはいいです。近くにはたくさんのショッピングやフードエリアがあります。部屋はかなりきれいでしたが、かすかな煙の匂いがしました。ドアの隣の部屋の影の1つは、閉じる方法がわかりませんでした。 それで緊張しました。 なぜなら、あなたは部屋を見ることができ、窓から見るとベッドの領域を直接見ることができるからです。その地域に慣れていないので少し不快に感じました。
