"Overall not a bad experience. The resort is well organized, the food wasn't bad and the pools and kids entertainment are nice as well. Regardless, i can't give more than 3 stars simply because of how rude the bartenders are. Always serving you as if you're bothering them. You cannot ask anything outside a gin tonic, beer and any other drink that is already premade in their cointainers (be advised, extremely sweet all of them). If you ask for a proper drink to be made on the spot they will deny to do it. One of them even trew her hands in the air, walked away and called her supervisor, just so he could tell us, like we were kids, they won't do it (the drink was on the menu). We were never obnoxious, drunk or unpolite - this behavior was accross multiple bars, and over 10-15 people in a week's time. In this specific situation we resorted to ask the ingredients to be served seperatly and made the mojito right in front of them, that's how ridiculous it was. I understand you might not be allowed to serve items outside the menu, or everybody would simply rush and ask for the craziest cocktails, but still, just have some deciency to have a sign or be polite explainning it. People are paying an all inclusive stay, the minimum you can do is a couple of drinks. To be very clear, this was specific to the bartenders and servers at the bar. All the other personal was extremely nice."

"This hotel is a fantastic find near Huelva port. It is quaint, everything is in the room, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Reception is open 24 hours for late arrivals. Staff are very helpful and obliging. Breakfast is hot and cold, everything you can think of eating. This is the second time staying at this hotel. Absolutely love it! To top it all, it has a large secure carpark, ideal for larger vehicles. Try it for yourself!"

"Terrible. The smell in the rooms and common areas is repulsive, unbearable. The rooms are full of dust. And the lighting in the rooms is poor. It is impossible to rest with that smell that even stuck to your clothes. We would like no one to go through this situation, so uncomfortable."

"We stayed at the Leo III for adults only, and overall it was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was brand new, especially the kitchen. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was also very good. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the change of sheets and towels, which is unusual for apartments. The entertainment during the pool party was also very good. If we return to Punta Umbría, we'll stay here again. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the bathroom is too small, as is the closet."

"This is an exceptional hotel - we liked everything about this it. The staff were excellent and always helpful. The food was very good. Close to excellent and quiet beaches and the Donana National Park. You can see sunrise and sunsets from your room or the balcony. There's also a very nice terrace bar attached. A very restful place to be for a while. The only downside was having to leave! "

"We stayed one night at hotel Albaida in order to catch the ferry the next day. We had a quiet room facing towards the town. The 30 room hotel was pleasant. The staff were open to our requests. The hotel offers quirks, that allowed us to break the ice and interact with the staff on a more personal level. Gated on site Parking is available. There is a small grocery store next door. Beaches are a short walk away. We also enjoyed Beachside dining."
