「The service and the rooms are exceptional considering the price. Rooms are super clean a d comfortable. They even gave me a nice upgrade. Special mention that the reception 格格 was very helpful. Actually the whole team was. Super patient with me when teaching me to ise the chinese apps. Location is perfect.... in between the food street and the major shopping mall. One thing to note the lift is shared with other tenants of the building so its not fully occupied by the hotel but they organize it well and the service and quality of the rooms make up for this slight inconvenience.」

「まず、水圧が最高です!!! これだけでゲストハウスの80%を圧倒しています。旅行中に温かいシャワーを浴びたくない人なんていませんよね! テーブルは広々としていて、ホテルにテイクアウトを注文するのに最適です。バスルームには広々としたカウンターと大きな鏡があり、写真を撮るのに最適です。トイレはウェットエリアとドライエリアが分かれています。窓には網戸（とても硬くて目の細かいタイプ）が付いているので、蚊を気にせずに換気のために開けることができます。ヘアドライヤーは高価なタイプで、強力ですが熱くなりません。ランドリールームもとても便利です。環境全体が素晴らしく、オーナーはとても優しく、コミュニケーションも取りやすいです。使い捨ての洗面用具が信じられないほどたくさん用意されていて、このゲストハウスはティッシュペーパーが一番たっぷりです! フィードバックをするとすれば、低い車椅子を追加してほしいです。調節可能な椅子は少し高すぎます。」

Shantou The Mixc Huashan South Road Atour Origin Hotel

「口コミ評価で高級ホテル部門2位にランクインしていたアトゥールホテルを予約しました。ロビーは美しかったのですが、ホテルのプライベートエリアではありませんでした。駐車場は狭く、木々には小さな果物や鳥の糞が落ちていたので、駐車スペースが見つからないのではないかと不安になり、車で行くのをためらいました。チェックアウト後に車を洗わなければなりませんでした。
デメリット：
1. エグゼクティブツインルームを予約したのですが、部屋は驚くほど狭く、いわゆるエグゼクティブルームとは名ばかりでした。
2. ホテルに泊まる際は、いつも自分のシーツと掛け布団カバーを持参します。ベッドメイキングをしたところ、枕とシーツに髪の毛が付着しており、枕と掛け布団も真っ白ではありませんでした。フロントに電話したところ、スタッフが来て確認し、「シーツが粗く、きちんとクリーニングされていない」と言い、新品だと主張しました。フロントはこの件について何の対応もしてくれませんでした。
3. アトゥールは枕、羽毛布団、バスローブが評判だと聞いていましたが、本当にがっかりしました。バスローブはニット素材で、洗濯後ゴワゴワして肌がかゆくなりました。
偽のアトゥールに泊まってしまったのではないかと疑っています。サービスも設備も値段に見合っておらず、非常に残念です。
お土産にもらったのは冷蔵庫用のマグネットでしたが、品質が悪かったのでホテルに置いてきました。」

「Room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. There are washing machines and dryer for guests to use and the staff will also help with your laundry. Location is just opposite from Longyan South Road Food Street. Just need to cross an overhead bridge to reach the food street.」

衞生：整體很乾凈整潔，床墊被子都感覺很絲滑，很注重細節
環境：老洋房改造的酒店，設計感和藝術感滿滿的酒店，每一處細節都想拍拍照。
服務：服務熱情大方，主動式的服務，主動拿行李，主動介紹設施，免費提供功夫茶具和茶葉泡茶，還贈送下午茶飲料，本來2杯，但是我們是一家4口，免費送我們2杯。管家服務，迷你吧飲料免費，連瓶裝水都是依雲礦泉水，高級感滿滿的。早餐用餐時間8：30-11：00，我們10：50用餐，還可以給我們上到房間裏面用餐，這一點比較贊👍。以後有機會去汕頭玩，還會繼續入住這裏。」

「This hotel is one of the best Atour we have stayed. Everything is expected of its branding consistency providing high quality guest experience. Friendly front office staff offering fast and efficient check-in, rooms are clean with thoughtful amenities.
A special thanks to the reception staff who promptly alerted us that we left behind a camera and mobile phone after we check-out. As we were already on our way to Guangzhou, she immediately arranged for the left belongings to be forwarded to our hotel in GZ by courier. Certainly worthy of 5-star rating for this service!」

「汕頭小公園にかなり近く、象徴的な龍岩南路のフードストリートの真向かいにあり、近くに飲食店もあり、食事のために遠くに行く必要がないため、場所は素晴らしいです。良いことも、朝食は正直に言うとそれほど良くありません。龍岩南路沿いの有名な屋台で、おいしい豆乳(スナックに加えて)とロールライスのために近くで約同じ金額を過ごすことができます。モールに行くのが好きなら、The Mixcからも数通り離れています。部屋は奇妙な臭いもなくかなりきれいですが、部屋、エレベーターロビー、さらにはエレベーター自体で蚊が数匹見つかりました。私の部屋の(801)シャワードアは適切に密閉されていなかったので、シャワーヘッドを壁に向けない限り、水が簡単に漏れました。うまくいけば、彼らはそれを修正しました、それは少し迷惑でした。洗濯機と乾燥機は無料で利用でき、商業機械であるかなり大きな容量があります。部屋のテレビも機械に接続されているので、空の機械があるかどうか、負荷が完了しているかどうかを確認できます。これは非常に役に立ちます。フロントデスクのスタッフは有能で親切です。」
