We drove up to Wolong to see the pandas and stayed here. We were super impressed with the service as it was top-notch. When we arrived, they treated us to a beautiful gourmet dinner. Afterwards, we walked along the river and enjoyed the nature. My daughter enjoyed chasing tadpoles on the riverbank. In the morning, I got one of the beanbags and sat on the veranda, enjoying the mountain views, while breathing in the cool, crisp air. We also enjoyed petting their super friendly little kitty cat and the cute puppy that joined us for our walks.

This hotel is excellent. They greet us warmly upon arrival and bid us farewell when we depart. The front desk staff is very polite and attentive to our needs. The welcome fruits are sweet and refreshing. The room is clean, and the heated bed adds a nice touch. The hot spring is well-maintained, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay.

As someone who spends more than 200 nights a year staying in different five-star luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that I was absolutely amazed by the level of service at this resort. This wasn't just another luxury stay—it was one of those rare places that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. What touched me the most was the incredible patience and dedication of our personal butler, Ben. I'm probably one of the most indecisive hotel guests you'll ever meet, and I'm also extremely particular about my room—especially the view. Since the resort is very large, with many different room types across both the villa area and the main building, each offering a unique perspective of the surrounding mountains, choosing a room was incredibly difficult. Even after watching videos of every room, I still couldn't make up my mind. Instead of rushing me, Ben kindly suggested a video call. He spent well over an hour and half walking me virtually through every available room type in both the villa area (Zone A) and the main building (Zone B), patiently explaining the differences and introducing all the resort's facilities. I was genuinely surprised and deeply touched by his professionalism and warmth. Without any hesitation, I immediately booked a two-night stay. When we arrived, the exceptional hospitality continued. From the front desk team—Rou Rou, Yang Yang, and Mr. Zhou—to the restaurant staff, Bagai and the hotel manager Lucy, every member of the team made us feel sincerely welcome. Every little request was met with genuine warmth, and the level of personalised service was unlike anything I've experienced in a very long time. Our villa was simply perfect. Relaxing in the hot tub on our private terrace while taking in the mountains, drifting clouds, birdsong and spectacular sunsets felt like something out of a fairy tale. It was so peaceful and beautiful that we cancelled our reservations at other hotels and extended our stay for another two nights. On our final night, we stayed in the Junqianzi room type in the main building, which offered an even more spectacular mountain view together with an in-room hot tub. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable holiday. The resort itself was full of delightful surprises. There was an adorable resident cat, a friendly chinchilla and beautiful bird that brought even more life to the peaceful surroundings. Our child completely fell in love with the cat duo duo, and the staff kindly allowed us to bring it back to our room to spend some time together. They even thoughtfully prepared cat food for us, which made the experience even more special. It perfectly reflected how genuinely child-friendly and thoughtful everyone at the resort was. We also enjoyed a variety of activities, including handicraft workshops, billiards, the tea house and a relaxing meditation session. There was always something enjoyable to do while still feeling completely immersed in nature. I had very modest expectations for the food, as mountain resorts are not usually known for exceptional dining. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Every meal was beautifully presented, creative, fresh and absolutely delicious. Dining while watching the sun set behind the mountains was pure bliss. As a wonderful finishing touch, Ben even took the time on our last day to help us capture some beautiful family photos around the resort—memories that we'll treasure for years to come. Exceptional service is something I really appreciate! even after spending more than 200 nights a year in luxury hotels. This resort exceeded every expectation. It combines breathtaking scenery, beautifully designed rooms, outstanding food and, above all, a team of people who genuinely care about their guests. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and already planning our next visit. An absolute dream resort and We will most definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars simply aren't enough.

環境:とても良い 設備:非常に新しい 床暖房がありますが、途中で数回停電しています。上司はとても素敵です。エレベーターはありません。彼は荷物を2階に運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。 部屋は清潔で思いやりがあり、タオルも用意されています 翌日、窓の外の景色は本当に美しく、部屋は写真を撮るのを忘れていました

假期難得出來玩一下，這邊環境很好，房間打掃得很乾凈，我們到的時候都晚上10點了做也沒有什麼能找到合適的吃飯的地方，房東還給我們煮了一碗熱氣騰騰的麪條，給我特別感謝房東度過了一個難忘的夜晚

先説優點，整體裝修風格比較舒服，原木色調，用材和硬裝上都比較不錯，房間也很大，我們住的兩邊都是大落地窗再來説説缺點，因為在山上，小院整體植被也比較多，所以蚊蟲也相當多，晚上回房間之後，地上全部都是，密密麻麻的，看到真的有點頭皮發麻，連床上也是，花露水我都噴完了一瓶！然後是沒有熱水！晚上完全沒有熱水洗澡，水放了很久以為多放一會就會有熱水，然而並沒有，水温完全沒法洗澡，洗手盆的水也是相當的小！衹有一溜溜！洗澡的設計也有問題，沒有手拿的，就一個固定的在頭頂上，個人非常不習慣這種，空調也是擺設，沒有插座，我們下午四點過到店的，老闆還在收拾衞生，房間還沒有打掃出來，老闆説衹有他一個人…也沒有餐食、晚上天黑了，我們衹能又開車下山出去吃飯，本來想的是能夠很愜意的在民宿吃個晚飯喝點小酒也沒能實現，整體感覺給我的還是缺點大於優點吧，虛有其表，可能個人期待值比較高吧，所以失望也比較大

遇上卧龍彩林節，經常住的那家滿房了，第一次住這家，攜程上隨便選擇的，説實話到達目的地的時候心裏有點落差的，和我想象的，但是入住之後，我發現沒有噪音，我以為帳篷不隔音，衹有嘩嘩的河水流動聲音，晚上聽着竟然睡的很香，早上也沒有聽到別人説話吼叫什麼的。最最最讓我感動的是老闆的服務態度，特別樸實！特別有安全感！有種回村的感覺，誰懂哈哈哈！第三天去看熊貓，老闆去幫忙買了票，交給我們，我們才去的熊貓基地。要去熊貓基地的可以住這兒，太近了！幾分鐘的路！而且老闆這裏特別買票，提前一天還便宜！重點來了，我看完熊貓，突然車胎沒氣了，我就直接開到酒店，維修地點太遠了，給老闆説，老闆百忙之中竟然給我找了他的體制內朋友，匆忙趕來快速的幫我換了備胎，本來一個大巴車的司機説50塊錢幫我換，老闆説不用太貴了，就喊朋友過來，當時老闆都忙瘋了，因為這應該是一年中最忙的時候，真的當時特別感動，以後，我再來卧龍玩一定要來給老闆捧場，暑假帶娃兒過來避暑。再次感謝老闆幫忙！感恩！

常連客です。来るたびにここに1週間滞在しています。サービスは温かく、いつも気配りが行き届いていて、もはや旧知の仲のようです。まず、立地が最高で、玄関の真正面にパンダ園があり、毎日ジャイアントパンダを見に行くのは最高の気分です！美しい庭園もあり、温泉は毎日午後7時に清掃・換水されるので、清潔で衛生的です！パンダを見た後、庭でくつろぐのは至福の時間です。パンダ園にはレストランがないため、オーナーは毎日ランチを丁寧に準備し、パンダ園の入り口まで届けてくれます。ボリューム満点で美味しく、他のパンダファンのおば様たちはいつも羨ましがっています！そして何より、床暖房があることです。山中の夜はひんやりと湿気があるので、疲れたおば様たちがジャイアントパンダと共に暖かい夢を見られるのはとてもありがたいです。パンダ鑑賞、レジャー、家族旅行のいずれにおいても、ここは最高の選択肢です！

設施：基礎設施都有，熱水供應，一次性潔具，還有早餐也能保證滿滿當當，五樓還有免費機麻使用 衞生：在藏區屬於很乾凈的了，沒有什麼灰塵，床單被套也都是沒有毛或者污漬 環境：緊靠公路，一下就能找到。要去甘海子，卧龍熊貓基地的可以選擇這家。 服務：老闆娘非常熱情，漢語也很好，還會為客人去買下酒菜送給客人。 這是在川西受到的一次非常熱情的接待，雖然這邊本身因為區域受限物資不是特別豐富，但是老闆一家竭盡所能給遊客提供了便利和熱情的招待，下次還來！！！！

このB&Bは全体的にとても親切で、部屋は清潔で整頓されていますが、電気毛布がありとても暖かいです。食べ物はおいしいし、朝食もおいしいです。唯一慣れていないのはしゃがむことですが、これはこの価格のB&Bには適していません。
