Easy location, and not difficult to find at all. First I must praise the check in process. Just park at the lobby, go inside, take the key and card from the mail box, That’s it ! This is the most easiest check in process I ever experienced. Straight forward Now let’s talk about the room. Is clean except for the curtain. The room are spacious, it even comes with a water dispenser. Really love this thing. Im a light sleeper, I don’t usually sleep well in honestly due to noises and many factor , but this room I can sleep very well at night. Nothing much to complain. I will definitely come back book back the same room agai!. Thank you

Went with my family of 4 with 2 kids of 3 and 5 yrs old. Overall very fast customer support of the owner of the apartment, guide me very detailed on how to collect the keys and get to the apartment. But do note you need to pay for the deposit first (SGD$80 for me) The place is very near to legoland (5min drive) which is good for those going for multiple days to there Parking might be a problem as sometime not enough parking space. Overall the stay quite nice, clean but the toilet drain might be a abit choked, thats why the toilet have a moudly smell there, other than that all very clean. My kids enjoyed their stay there.

良い: 1. 3人家族、2つのベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、1つのリビングルームのレイアウトは非常に合理的です。キッチンは1日3回使用され、基本的な鍋とボウルは比較的きれいです。 2.游泳池孩子天天玩,有小花园有健身房满足大人运动需求;到乐高公园和超市购物需要走10分钟; 悪い: 14日間滞在した後、誰もシートを掃除したり交換したりせず、トイレットペーパーやゴミ袋もありませんでした。モップ、使い捨て歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、油、塩、ソース、酢、洗剤、トイレットペーパー、ゴミ袋をくれました。自分で購入し、3日間で5つのスーパーマーケットを訪れました。レゴの近くだったので、消費量は低くなく、少し離れた安いスーパーマーケットのタクシーは約22-25です。 自分で料理をしたり、外出したりするのが好きではない人は、結局のところ、新しく開発されたエリアです。最寄りのスーパーマーケットでタクシーに乗るのは20元+です。 ダウンタウンから25km 陳旭年から22km シンガポール空港から60km以上

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

場所はレゴパークに近いが、市内中心部やCIQからかなり離れている。部屋は良く、かなりきれいです。 2階の隣人が深夜でも騒がしかったように、少しうるさいです。飲食店や物に近すぎないので、Gateのセキュリティオフィスでピックアップする必要があるGrabによって配達された食べ物や飲み物を注文しました

Wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Great location, comfortable bed, and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

メディニ・エルサ・アパートメントは直前にキャンセルされてしまいました。エルサに着いた時には、空室がないと言われました。しかし、Ctripのカスタマーサービスは迅速に対応してくれて、私たち2家族を3ベッドルームのスイートに引っ越しさせてくれました。近くに何もなく、移動にタクシーを使わなければならなかったことを除けば、本当に快適で、まるで自宅にいるかのように便利でした。レゴランドも見え、プリンセス・ハーバーへ行くのにも便利でした。

I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

部屋は広々としており、清潔で、設備も充実していました。サービスも行き届いており、スタッフの方の案内も的確でした。車寄せも広くて利用しやすかったです。レストランの食事は種類が豊富で新鮮、味も本格的で美味しかったです。価格もリーズナブルで、コストパフォーマンスに優れていました。シンガポールへの出入国もスムーズで便利でした。Ctrip（シートリップ）プラットフォームには、予約の手配が簡単だったことや、キャンセル猶予期間が長く設定されていた点に感謝しています。

先日このホームステイに宿泊しましたが、素晴らしい体験でした。清潔で、エアコンも完璧に作動し、カップルにとってとても快適でした。チェックインとチェックアウトもスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。さらに、滞在中ずっと安全だと感じました。強くお勧めします！休暇に便利な立地で、レゴランドやショッピングモールも近くにあります。
