「Хороший отель с красивой и ухоженной территорией. Просторный пляж, где плавают черепахи. Завтрак довольно однообразный, но есть всё.  Удобный вход в воду, пляж чистят. Можно брать каяк на прокат бесплатно. Минусы: обед и ужин дорогой, если не всё включено. Отель достаточно старый.  В целом нам понравилось: живописный пляж, доброжелательный персонал, повезло увидеть черепах в океане.」

「A truly remarkable stay. We are both kicking ourselves for not staying longer but we will be back for sure. From the shuttle drivers to the restaurant workers to the golf staff, they are a real credit to the company. Kind, helpful, proactive and lovely human beings. For golf lovers, this resort really has it all. Both courses are exceptional and the experience is second to none. You don’t have to worry about a thing as it’s all sorted out for you. The resort itself is second to none with facilities in abundance. The breakfast is a real showstopper. I would recommend booking dinner in advance as we struggled to get into the restaurants due to them being fully booked. Room service was exceptional though. An all round 5 staff experience and we can’t wait to come back」

「Je recommanderais cet hôtel. Le personnel et au petit soin pour vous c'est très agréable. J'ai passé une semaine dans une chambre avec piscine privée, c'était le top. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon et le petit déjeuner est super complet, il y a du choix. Le spa et très bien aussi Dommage que la salle de sport ne soit pas plus visible.」

「アナンタラはとても美しいリゾートです。装飾は一流で快適です。スタッフは優れたサービスを提供し、サポートは常に利用可能です。リゾートは、多くのアクティビティを備えたビーチフロントプロパティです。このプロパティは素晴らしいですし、それを選択しても間違えることはありません。 Yusef、Cintia、Karim、Sharonne、Paul、その他多くのスタッフ(名前が悪い)が、すべてのニーズに応えます。」

「とても素敵なホテルでした。毎日、波が岸に打ち寄せる音で目が覚めました。スタッフのほとんどは温かく親切でした。唯一の不満は、ハウスキーピングの遅さでした。午前9時に出発し、「部屋を掃除してください」というサインボードを掲げたのに、午後3時に部屋に戻ったのですが、まだ掃除がされていませんでした。掃除の申し出は断りました。休みたかったからです。ホテルには、日本料理、アラビア料理、タイ料理、インド料理を提供するメインレストランがあります。また、小さなオープンエアのレストランが3つあります。レストランと名乗っていますが、基本的には大きなパラソルとココナッツの葉でちょっとした雨をしのげる屋外スペースです。これらのレストランでは、アメリカ料理、マレーシア料理、ビーチバーベキューを提供しています。2食でも3食でも、1人あたりの料金は4000ルピー（620人民元）までです。それを超える料金は自己負担となります。一般的に、前菜のスープは800ルピー、メインコースは1200～1500ルピー程度です。タイ料理は一番安いです。あまり食欲がなければ2000ルピーで十分でしょう。デザートを頼む場合は、600～800ルピーほど追加でかかります。あまり食欲がない方は、朝食付きのホテルを予約することをお勧めします。他の料理は自分で注文できます。10%のチップを足せば、2人での食事は600～800ルピー程度です。ホテルのバルコニーから眺める夕日もとても美しいです。」

「Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.」
