"This facility is truly one of the most beautiful I have been too, especially the pool area and gardens over watching the valley is stunning. My girlfriend and I talked about going back again soon, to just lay by the pool ordering drinks and snacks, and have a great time. The rooms are nothing special I would say, but truly cosy and have more of a rustic Italian vibe. I would also really like if they could offer a more comprehensive lunch menu but also the ability to offer dinner at the Villa would be nice. The staff is also very service minded and nice. The price-point is also very fair, almost a catch I would say."

"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

"What a lovely friendly hotel in a quieter location along the Adriatic Coast. Gabicce Mare is less commercialised than its larger neighbours Cattolica and Rimini, but may not suit if you are looking for lots of nightlife. However if you are looking for a traditional Italian hotel with amazing food and impecable service then look no further. We stayed for 10 days and were sad to leave. We had a side sea view room on the top floor which gave an excellent panoramic view and benefited from air conditioning. The main pool is quite small so would be very busy in high season, although there is a smaller partly enclosed jacuzzi pool and of course, the indoor spa area at extra cost. The highlight for us was the amazing food and the service we received from all the staff. Be aware that if you choose to travel here in October, the weather can be unpredictable and the small resort does partly close down."

"Or better ... I was expecting what was described on the site. The room was not the booked and I found missing. 1. Couple floor 2. Presence of powder and vetusto furniture. Despite being a love of vintage , modernized and antique, I detected too many objects , too many books or walls incrusted with dust ( inevitable) and angles with ranatels and rabbits ... 3. Evident crepes on roof 4. Garden furniture with rugs nice and discrete hospitality, however, I think the price is high compared to what is proposed... But it's a 'problem' of brands."

"Gradara is an odd little place. Perhaps a perfect stopover on a long north-south Italy road trip, but aside from the nearby castle and the proximity to über touristy San Marino, there really isn't much to do out here. The hotel sits just outside of town, making everything and everywhere a drive. The rooms are comfortable with some quirky design elements (odd Peacock feather art, antique fans...?) The breakfast is pleasant and the pool area is very relaxing."

"So disappointed with our stay in this pretty hotel located on the outskirts of Gradara. I had seen some disparaging reviews regarding the dreadful choice of cover pop songs being pumped out on repeat all day but never imagined they would be so loud and intrusive. It spoiled our time at the pool and we had to change plans to have supper at the hotel as the noise was so unpleasant in the dining room. The roar of the traffic would have been much more bearable. We could even hear the recordings in our bedroom and were unable to sleep. We had to get out of bed to ask for it to be turned down as the gentleman on reception refused to talk to me on the phone. He was extremely rude but grudgingly reduced the noise eventually. The other staff were all very pleasant but this individual, who spent a great deal of his time vaping in front of the hotel, would be better employed in a non customer-facing role. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds comfy but we thought for the price we paid we would have been provided with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and not just a single bottle of generic soap! Such a shame on so many levels."

There is almost no distance between the entrance door to the room and that of the bathroom. Good breakfast, courteous staff.
