"Nicely located in the center of town, the hotel offers nice rooms with fridge and microwave, free parking and a full bathroom including bathtub. A big lounge and outdoor space can be used by guests. The neighborhood is quite and safe, internet was fast and reliable. It is worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer any food or drinks other than breakfast, so you better come prepared or go out for dinner. We definitely found our place for future visits. Thank you!"

"The stay was relaxing, it had the right ambience. We’re unimpressed with the preparation of one particular dish, pork belly, which was not fresh and was undercooked. Overall dinner dishes were impressive as was breakfast during our 3 days stay. The HP center requires refreshment of equipment which is outdated. Lack of air conditioning is regretted. "

"Booking was easy, host was very friendly. We took 3 rooms. All 3 were done to perfection and neat. Beautiful bedding. Very charming and interesting place. Garden and plants were so stunning and really impressively maintained. I mentioned on arrival that we don’t eat meat but fish and veg. Hostess went out of hee to make fresh delicious pancakes with a lightly smoked creamy hake filling for breakfast. Kids lapped it up. Thank you very much for a beautiful and comfortable stay."

"Everything is dilapidated, rooms are run down, furniture is worn. The surrounding building i.e spa and conference hall is also dated and in a state of disrepair old furniture items and broken things are standing around the premises. This place is not managed well and it's definitely not managed by people with skill in the game. In addition I think they are overworking staff I had the same two ladies at reception for three days for greater than 12 hour stints which shows alot. In addition the staff also used the dining hall during breakfast and supper. They won't see me again. "

"The resort is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat. It was clean, and the host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—perfect for when you don’t feel like heading out. I’d highly recommend trying it. The chalets were spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own beds, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide basic essentials like water, tea, coffee, or sugar in the rooms—that was definitely a downside. On the bright side, you can enjoy a braai right outside your chalet and take a short walk to the waterpark for a refreshing dip. The presence of security guards also added to our sense of safety, making our stay even more comfortable."
