「I had stayed in Hilton Garden Inn Danzhou Yangpu, China from 3rd to 6th July. I want to express my positive experiences during my last three days' stay in Yangpu on Hainan Island, China. First, I met so many staff working in the lobby who were always showing smiles and warm greetings, especially Ms. Tide Lin as a great example of the very good impression I had during the check-in and check-out procedures. Second, I had a problem with air conditioning in the room, and Ms. Tide Lin reacted immediately to send a service engineer and offered me a new room to avoid any inconvenience from the A/C during my stay. Last, when I requested to extend my stay for a few more days due to a change in my schedule, all your staff responded well and treated me warmly. I felt so impressed by the well-trained staff and their positive working attitudes.」

「時隔一月再次入住這家酒店，變化真的太明顯了，上次住的時候碰到了一些小插曲，一個人硬生生熬到了天亮，説實話當時印象挺深的，這次過來又選了這兒，本來還有些擔心，結果這次入住體驗直接拉滿。房間打掃的非常細緻，床品和邊角都認真檢查了一遍，乾乾淨淨，看得出衞生標準確實抓嚴了，最驚喜的還是智能設備，應該是專門排查調試過了，一晚上都安安穩穩的，再也沒有出現誤觸的情況，終於踏踏實實睡了個整覺，一個人住也完全安心。美中不足的是剛好遇上供電局給整條街道換變電器，白天整條街都停電，但是酒店也提前一天告知了，還特地在餐廳準備了綠豆湯、大堂備礦泉水，這服務還是一如既往的周到貼心，設施新，位置也方便，能感受到酒店有認真看客人評價，實打實做整改，這份用心真的太拉好感了，以後再來就認準這裏了，真心推薦！！」
