「離車站不遠，推着行李下坡到達酒店也還是輕鬆的，返程時得上坡，但因為距離近也沒太難。酒店很安靜，會幫忙提拿行李，酒店早餐也不錯，服務員都很友善。酒店外圍有個大草坪，會有人鍛鍊。總之推薦」

「山の中腹の環境は間違いなく素晴らしいです。 しかし、湖畔までハイキングするには30分以上かかるので、あまり便利とは言えません。車で行く方がずっと良いでしょう。 エアコンはありませんが、扇風機はあります。普段は気温が低いので必要ないのかもしれませんが、初日はとても暑かったです。2日目は雨が降って涼しくなったので、エアコンは全く必要ありませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しかったです。 私だったら、ホテル周辺でゆっくり過ごして、どこにも行かずにのんびりするでしょう。 すごくリラックスできそうですね（笑）。」

「This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this luxurious new resort style hotel in/near Windermere. It was part of a longer trip, and again we stayed in the posh Winander Suites keyed access building. Breakfast is great as you get to eat from both the breakfast buffet, and also order hot food from the menu. The staff here are always 10 out of 10 excellent for both in the spa and the hotel itself. A couple of them even remembered us from the year prior! It's great having so many dining and drinking options on site... one never really needs to leave. I really enjoy the keyed access for the Winander and additional for the room hallways. There is parking on site and a guard at the gate. I know we will continue to visit here for many years to come!」

「2つの部屋タイプを予約しました。四柱式スイートはまあまあでした。部屋は広く、ダブルルームもありました。最初に案内された部屋タイプはシングルルームかもしれません。2回のコミュニケーションの後、最終的に部屋を変更しました部屋に入るのに防火扉を通らなければならず、階段を上らなければならないのは不便でした、家は古すぎ、エレベーターもアンティークです。」

「The hotel is a classic building itself and the surrounding area is very peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast is very good and eating by the window is so wonderful. Except the bathtub which my room did not have, the hotel is a good place to stay.」

「Hotel was clean, plenty of parking, good breakfast No information in rooms, was advised that they didn’t like clutter, so any questions we had we had to go to reception to ask. No wifi, channels on tv not tuned in, had to pay to use the spa facilities.」

「從公交車上下來走到酒店，要經歷一個很大的坡，如果是自己旅行不是是自駕的話不是很推薦（尤其是拉行李箱的話）沒有電梯需要staff幫忙搬行李。由於是自己出行，所以定的是單人房，在官網上查我記得單人房是一共有三間，被分到的這間窗景朝向不是特別好。但內部設施都比較新，看起來也比較乾淨，尤其是洗手間的淋浴間還是比較滿意的，空間比較大，洗護用品非常喜歡，入住也有送小餅乾零食和一瓶礦泉水。春夏的話，酒店官網上有一些划算的offer，預訂前可以對比看看。另外就是大家很推薦的早餐，是點餐制，當時觀察到窗邊有座位，詢問兩次staff遭拒，第三次一邊説oh my god一邊很不情願幫我換到窗邊，所以服務態度扣一分，但窗景很美。總體來看比較推薦solo背包黨入住，或者雙人預訂signature room.」

「景色はとても良いです! !多くのコメントで述べたように、絵のような美しい景色は、ホテル自体が一景です。伝統的なイギリス風の荘園スタイル、花のような庭、静かな湖畔は、誰もが忘れられないものです。湖の旅行、町の中心部とアンブルサイドは行きました。誇張しないでください。個人的には、ラングデールチェイスホテルに住んでいると感じて、湖の美しさを本当に味わうことができます。スタッフの態度も良いです。ホテルは駅から約5キロ、タクシーで10ポンド、アンブルサイド桟橋から約2キロです。この二つの町に行くとバスに乗ることもできますが、バス停はホテルから5,600メートル離れています。特にお勧めではありません。自家用車ではない場合、またはタクシーに乗る方が良いです。タクシーに乗る場合は、フロントデスクに電話をかけるのが最善です。通常は10分かかります。バスルームの設備は少し古いですが、大きな影響はありません。この湖の見える部屋はバルコニー付きで比較的広々としています。全体的に、非常に満足しています!」

「Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel. Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views.」
