「This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.」

「Such a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.」

「Best resort to family stay and nearby national forest. All facility were available in resort. Complementry breakfast was tasteful and hygenic. Staff of hotel was cordial n cooperative. My family enjoyed during stay.」

「The price and the reviews set high expectations, but the reality was quite disappointing. Our room was not clean, and the view from the back window was directly onto a pile of garbage, which was very unpleasant. Based on our experience, even a 3-star rating would feel generous. The only positive aspect we can highlight is that the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, apart from that, we did not have a good overall experience.」

「Amenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing」
