「The location is great—very close to Hadimba Devi Temple and just a 5-minute auto ride to Mall Road. The property has its own parking, which is a big plus if you’re driving your own vehicle. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The food was average—not bad, but nothing special. We had a mountain view room, but the view was partly blocked by nearby buildings. Overall, it was a good stay, especially for the price. I would recommend it to couples and families.」

While the bell services were commendable, the overall experience was marred by the inconvenience of having to repeatedly request basic room supplies, especially considering that rooms were decently priced and paid for upfront. It's disappointing to have to call for toiletries each time they're needed. While some individuals were helpful, these shortcomings detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.」
