"Besides personal not speaking any languages but Turkish (easy solution is google translate) the hotel room we got was very very poor - toilet smell met us at the door got it sorted by opening all taps to flash the sewage pipes but yet smell was there, then water from taps came out as from very poor maintained tap, ventilation thing was full of dust and floor was full of stains. "There is no valet service. If you come by car, you just stare blankly at the door asking where to go. There is no bellboy service. The mini bar in the room is empty. They have set up a grocery store next to the reception. You go and buy whatever you want from there. It was a very repulsive sight. I was definitely not happy with my stay. It is a 3rd class hotel, just a Hilton."
