Уже второй раз забронировали тут, свежий приятный ремонт, просторный номер, высокие потолки, ухоженная территория. Выход к пляжу на первой линии, но надо пройти минуты три и к дороге путь через песок, мы с коляской и ребенком, немного устаешь от этого. На террасе очень приятно сидеть вечером. Уборка, вода каждый день. Пляж так же убирают каждый день несколько раз, поэтому песок практически все время чистый. Нам очень понравилось наше проживание, возможно увидимся еще, спасибо!

立地は最高です。海までほんの数歩。快適に過ごすために必要なものはすべて近くに揃っています。スタッフは礼儀正しく親切です。プールもあります。無料の飲料水も利用できます。唯一の問題は温水供給です。おそらく温水の出し方が分からなかっただけでしょう。冷たいか熱いかのどちらかしか出ません。それ以外はすべて素晴らしいです！

I stayed at Limelight Village for 2 weeks in February and loved it so much, I came back for 3 weeks in March! There are 8 detached units, which are very private, with very comfortable beds, soft sheets, a terrace and I little area out the back which is great for drying as it gets so hot! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and clean the rooms very well and always with a smile! Breakfast was good with a selection of cooked and cold options, served with juice and a hot drink. The accommodation is directly on a stunning beach and the pool as a fabulous optional extra! I highly recommend this place to stay and am already booking next year! I loved staying at Beck’s Resort and recommend this. I’m solo travelling and was a perfect place to unwind and recharge my batteries for a few days out of my busy itinerary. The location of the resort is close to the town too so that was handy and I enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach. I love Ko Phanagan and will definitely be back one day again to visit the island 😊

ハドリンにあるホステルを探していたのですが、とてもお得な価格で見つかりました。良かった点は、ホテルの清潔さ、雰囲気、立地、受付の女性がとても美しくて魅力的だったことです❤️ パステルカラーの服は清潔で、タオルは新品です。カーテンとして掛けられる追加の毛布をお願いしたら、持ってきてくれました❤️ ハドリンビーチはすぐ近く、リラビーチは400メートル先です。ぜひ行ってみてください。セブンイレブンやカフェがたくさんあります。 ホストにロッカー/セーフティボックスがあるのは本当に嬉しいです。✅ 受付には冷水と温水の入ったクーラーボックス、無料のコーヒー、クッキーがあり、ゲストが共有できる小さなベランダがあります…観光客の方への注意点として、受付の女性に出発前に伝えてください。受付が24時間対応ではないためです。✅ タクシーの運転手が路上で降ろしたので、ホステルを探さなければなりませんでした。地元の人もあまり助けてくれません。皆さん、ボブ・マーリーのフィギュアがあるランドマーク的なバー/ショップに行って、大きな黄金のすぐに隠れたホステルがあります✅ お金を節約したい方は、ハードリン桟橋までホステルからわずか5～7分です。朝一で行って、ツアー会社で買うよりも安いチケットを事前に購入しましょう。サムイ島などに戻る必要がある場合は…このホステルにまた戻ってきたいと思っています。すべてが気に入りました。

Disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with this property was quite disappointing, mainly because of the communication and how the situation was handled. I contacted the property around 4:38 PM to let them know that I was on my way. I was traveling alone, it was my first time in the area, and it was already getting dark. I was waiting for clear information about the check-in process, but I didn’t receive a response until around 6 PM. By that time, I was already worried about arriving somewhere unfamiliar without knowing what to do. Because I was concerned about being left without a place to stay, I booked another accommodation. I then tried to cancel my original booking and request a refund, but the cancellation was not accepted. I also tried to modify the booking, but that was rejected as well. I even called the property on the 23rd, and although the call was answered, there was no proper communication. Since the booking was still valid until the 25th and I had already paid for it, I decided to use the booking rather than simply waste my money. I’m not someone who can just throw away money like it means nothing. What disappointed me even more was being blamed afterward and being told that I should have informed the property that I decided to stay. From my perspective, I had already tried multiple ways to resolve the situation—messaging, calling, cancelling, and modifying the booking. I was simply trying to figure out what to do with a booking that I had already paid for and that was still valid. I understand that the property also needs to manage its bookings and prepare for guests, and I understand why the situation may have been frustrating for them. However, I also believe communication needs to work both ways. A faster and clearer response could have prevented the entire situation. I’m leaving this review because I hope the property can improve its communication, provide clearer check-in instructions, and handle misunderstandings with guests in a more professional and understanding way.

В целом неплохо, но нас встретила очень недовольная женщина, которая даже не знала что кто-то будет заселяться и на какое время. Она сказала нам подождать 20 минут э, пока она помоет пол у нас в бунгало. Этот момент мне смутил, такое ощущение что в этом месте вообще никто никого не ждёт и не готовится перед заселением. Если говорить в общем то для первого раза на Пхангане неплохо, но за такие деньги можно найти что-то и получше

とても素敵で清潔な部屋です。パンガンに来たらまたこのホステルに泊まりたいと思います。
