Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Kupu Kupu Phangan und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr gepflegt, ideal zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an das fantastische Team, vor allem an Bank, AD, Micky, San, Aek, Lin, Ziny, Nonoe und Foam. Alle waren jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich freundlich. Besonders berührt hat uns der liebevolle und geduldige Umgang mit unserem Sohn. Wir haben uns als Familie vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Kupu Kupu Phangan von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

Отель хороший, у нас номер был С07, большой, с бассейном, только подыматься тяжело. В день отъезда сотрудник отеля вызвал такси для переезда в другой отель, мы в такси забыли очки, когда попросили сотрудника ресепшен узнать у водителя не находил ли он очки, он сказал что нет, вот это очень расстроило наше отношение к вашему отелю, больше у вас не остановимся.

Nice, quiet hotel in a great location on Koh Phangan. The bungalows are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are peaceful, and the staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Good value for money and a pleasant place to stay.

Hôtel bien placé sur la plage (côté sans rochers). Très joli hôtel dans la verdure, super piscine, très très calme. Personnel très serviable. Localisation très calme, moyen de locomotion nécessaire pour se déplacer. Literie confortable, bon restaurant, choix de petit déjeuner limité. Manque quelques rénovations/réparations dans certaines chambres.

Great resort if you’re looking for a quiet place away from all the parties and everything that this beautiful island offers. Great pool with ability to watch the sunset 🌅 The AC was so loud that it took me two nights to get used to it, but other than that, it was okay.
