スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ただ、予約した部屋によって備品にばらつきがあったのが気になりました。ある部屋には備品が揃っていたのに、別の部屋には何もなかったのです。また、部屋の清掃の際、タオルを交換してくれず、新しいタオルも用意してくれませんでした。しかし全体的には、立地も良く、とても素敵なホテルです。

Cute bungalows on a remote island. However, we had to wait for 1:40hr for our lunch, and the buffet which cost almost a 1000 pesos ran out of food and had very limited vegetarian options. Most of the ”community” vibe was greatly diminished due to about 20 people from a tour group that already knew each other showed up, which created a very segregated feeling. We also had some form of animal poop all over our bed, which the staff just tried to explain away as dirt from the roof. We had to convince them to give us a new room. Plus points for them helping out and arranging a transfer for the clothes we forgot on the island!

リゾートはとても美しいです。崖から眺めるパノラマプールからは息を呑むような景色が楽しめます！私たちの部屋（デラックスルーム）からも素晴らしい景色が楽しめました。部屋は広々としていて美しく、ハイテクな照明スイッチが備わっていました。自動カーテンもスイッチ付きです。 レストランの料理は美味しかったです。 予想外だったのは、枕カバーに穴が開いていて黄色いシミがあったことです。スタッフにそのことを伝えたところ、女性はなぜそんなことが問題なのかと驚いていました。とにかく、交換してくれました。プールタオルはひどく傷んでいてシミも付いていました。 細部への配慮が欠けており、リゾートのメンテナンスは非常に低く、壁を急いで半分塗り直した程度でした（これはリノベーションのプロとして言わせていただきます）。 とにかく、全体的には良い滞在でした。

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

This place was absolute paradise. The beach is stunning with beautiful sunsets just around the corner. There are loads of beach bars and restaurants around and the beach is clean with clear waters. Many tourists travel here for the day and stay elsewhere so this place was perfect for those evenings in a bar or on the porch and looking at the sea. This place is right on the sea and listening to the waves while falling asleep was relaxing. The amenities were excellent and a lovely warm shower to wash away the sand. The only issue with this place was the service and lack of cleaning/ restocking. Sand is an inevitability and we lacked the necessary tools to clean the room so it got quite sandy after a couple of days and the cups from the welcome drinks were there for three days. We don’t require or expect daily cleaning but we stayed 5 nights and the room was made up once (not including bedding and towels). That being said, this place is amazing. There are few better locations and the calmness made for a perfect little break for us. Will definitely stay here again! Also a little bonus for dog lovers- there is a gorgeous little beach dog that chills on the porch and gets excited every time you come and go! He was super friendly, loving us and loved by all the guests!

一晩滞在するには問題ありませんでした。朝食は紅茶/コーヒー、ペストリーと妥当なものでした。フロントデスクのスタッフはあまりフレンドリーではなく、紛失したキーカードに対して 800 フィリピン ペソを請求されました。これはかなり高額だと思いました。Tao Expeditions の近くにいたかったので、ロケーションはかなり良かったです。ホテルに迎えに来たドライバーは荷物を運ぶのをまったく手伝ってくれませんでした。空港から駐車場、そしてホテルまで、凸凹した岩だらけの道を荷物を引きずって運んでいました。手伝おうとしたり、指一本動かしたりしませんでした。でも、朝食の屋上からは素晴らしい景色が見られました。

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

チャーリーズでの滞在は本当に楽しかったです。スタッフは素晴らしく、プールエリアはとてもきれいで手入れが行き届いており、食事も最高でした。ガラス製のウォーターボトルを補充できるなど、環境に優しい設備も気に入りました。また、そこで受けたマッサージは最高でした。私はマッサージの訓練を受けており、私の親しい友人の多くもそうなので、本当に「この世のものとは思えない」と断言できます。1.5 時間の至福のひとときでした。チャーリーズは街から離れていますが、だからこそ、気を紛らわせてすべてを満喫するには最適です。リオ ビーチと街へのシャトルもとても便利でした。また泊まりたいです!

Located near the main town of ElNido, with plenty of bars and restaurants around. However it’s right next to the main road in and out of town and is therefore very noise with traffic until late into the evening. The hotel was basic and clean, but had some issues with the hot water. Once it was repaired it was scorching or not at all. There was also a second shower with a sky roof. The repair could see right into the bathroom with a clear line of sight to the toilet. We ended up hanging a blanket over the gap for some privacy.

部屋は古く、清潔さは控えめに言っても平均的です。初日はレストランの隣の部屋に通されましたが、朝食は午前6時からだったのでとても騒がしかったです。部屋には巨大な赤いゴキブリもいました。別の部屋への移動をお願いしたところ、スタッフは快く対応してくれました。別の部屋では、夜にコウモリに会いました :) 場所は、窓からの眺めが美しく、海に面しており、夜には波の音が聞こえます。しかし、ホテルは中心部に位置しているため、車や音楽の騒音が絶えず聞こえます。朝食は平均以下です。果物は美味しいですが、残りは慣れが必要です。価格と品質が一致しません。 良い点: 窓からの美しい景色とスタッフ、悪い点: その他すべて。
